Had a pizza delivered deal number one. Large pizza five toppings two cans of pop and creamy garlic dipping sauce. Order a large pizza what's mushroom pepperoni bacon crumbles pineapple hot peppers. Pizza was delivered I paid the driver. Upon getting the pizza in the apartment and opening it up I find one hell of a mess. The driver obviously did not take care I'm delivering this pizza. One half the pizza had no toppings on it they were all laying in a pile on the side of the Box inside the other half was one hell of a mess. Half Pizza had to be put in the garbage can the other half was absolutely horrible. So I called Pisa Pizzeria only to be talking to a new worker and telling her that the pizza what'd happened to it. She was unfriendly and nonchalant about the entire affair said there's nothing she can do you'll have to call the owner tomorrow. I did ask you absolutely not impressed I have dealt with this Pisa Pizzeria for many many years. This worker making the pizza is new I've never dealt with her before and the driver that delivered it also a new driver I have never seen before. This is the kind of people the owner is employing now his business is going to go to hell in a handbasket and one hell of a hurry. I will be calling the owner tomorrow and I expect at least half off of a new pizza. And if he's not willing to make it up and he's lost me as a customer for life. And I have a very large family contingency of friends that deal with his Pizzeria when they hear of how I was treated we'll see how many other customers he loses. read more

Just soley based on the wings, honey garlic sauce was sweet and tasty. Prefer the saucier ones instead of dipping in, but you can tell they've been marinated overnight, as opposed to the frozen ones. Flavourful indeed. Didn't try the pizza, but they have one where you can put ANY amount of toppings, ANY size for $16.99 --- you gotta love competition! nice n clean, wide store entrance and plenty of plaza parking. read more

After moving to a new part of town, my wife and I have had trouble finding a new favourite pizza parlor. Until tonight. First of all, We placed our order over the phone with an employee that spoke clear English. You would think this would be a given, but this has been an issue with two of the other local pizza shops. I've had to hang up the phone after having to repeat my toppings three times, but I digress. The deal on the website for two large pizzas was well priced, and delivery was free, however we opted to get out of the house and drive to the shop to pick up our order. Waiting for us at the pizzeria was a fairly typical looking pizza parlour. A couple tables and chairs for eating in, and barstools on one side along with four friendly employees behind the counter. What surprised me was seeing the topping station directly behind the cash register, not behind a wall or at the back of the shop like most places. I took notice that the workstation looked quite clean and the toppings appeared fresh. My wife approached the counter as I was looking around and asked for our order and an employee brought the two pizzas from atop the oven. Now this is the part that surprised me, he faced the boxes towards us and opened each box one at a time to make sure they were correct and to our liking. That was a really nice touch. I mentioned to my wife how amazing the pizzas looked. Thick and lots of toppings, not thin and sparse like a lot of places. After we payed and went to the car, my wife commented that the pizzas were quite heavy. We had no idea what we had gotten ourselves into. When we arrived home and opened the pizzas, I noticed that my bacon topping were actually large pieces of chopped up bacon strips. Literally twice as much bacon topping when compared to typical pizza shops. And the bacon was DELICIOUS. It tasted exactly like you would imagine a great strip of freshly fried bacon should taste. We lifted two slices onto each of our plates and noticed just how thick the pizza really was. There was a lot of topping on this pie my friends. A lot. My wife is lactose intolerant, so she has to get a cheese free pizza. Typically, this pizza is a pretty sad facsimile of what pizza should be. However, even her pie looked delicious to me. It was topped high with toppings even without the cheese. Ladies and gentlemen, these pizza were delicious and satisfyingly filling. We had more pizza leftovers than we would from typical shops, but not for lack of trying. These slices were so packed with toppings, we should have stopped at three slices. We ended up eating four each, but only out of habit. Only three next time. My belly is very full right now. So there you have it. This is NOT a typical pizza shop. We will order from there again when we have a pizza craving and if our following experiences are anything like our first, we will be plenty happy. read more

Came in to KW from London last night and needed something close to the hotel. Was so glad to find Pisa Pizzeria. The staff was amazingly friendly, the prices were fair, and the pizza was great. We really enjoyed the flavour and were impressed with how generous they were with the toppings. In my opinion, KW is lucky to have Pisa Pizzeria. read more

I've order pizza here many times and it is never short of excellent! I usually buy there medium 1 item walk-in special for $5.99 and it is always LOADED with cheese(no need to ever order extra cheese). For the price this is the best pizza place I have even been to I highly recommend it! Also the guy working there (I think owns it?) is always super friendly. read more

This was the first time I've tried Pisa Pizzeria and was very surprised! I got the Deal #4 delivered and the other review was right, the honey garlic wings were really tasty, the cheesy bread had lots of cheese and just a little touch of oregano that made it just right. The pizza had lots of toppings and quality ingredients and of course the dough was cooked just right with a nice flavour and crispy crust. I have owned a few pizzeria's in the past and you can tell that this joint cares about what they serve. Good Job! This will definitely be my pizzeria of choice. read more
