We ordered 2 medium 3 topping pizzas. The pizza had a great sauce, not too salty like at some places. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The cheese was stretchy and delicious! Would highly recommend this place! We're lucky that it's close enough that we can walk to it...you know...to work off the calories before we add them right back in!

Half Pizza had to be put in the garbage can the other half was absolutely horrible. So I called Pisa Pizzeria only to be talking to a new worker and telling her that the pizza what'd happened to it. She was unfriendly and nonchalant about the entire affair said there's nothing she can do you'll have to call the owner tomorrow. I did ask you absolutely not impressed I have dealt with this Pisa Pizzeria for many many years. This worker making the pizza is new I've never dealt with her before and the driver that delivered it also a new driver I have never seen before. This is the kind of people the owner is employing now his business is going to go to hell in a handbasket and one hell of a hurry. I will be calling the owner tomorrow and I expect at least half off of a new pizza. And if he's not willing to make it up and he's lost me as a customer for life. And I have a very large family contingency of friends that deal with his Pizzeria when they hear of how I was treated we'll see how many other customers he loses.

I had a quick chat with Reza and Anna who were very proud of their product and explained how everything is done on premises from scratch - the dough, sauces, etc. They turned out to be owners of the place which explains the passion - an essential ingredient in cooking. Two concerns: with the price of $14-15 for a medium pizza the place is a bit spendy but you get what you pay for - and much, much more. Second - I would like to see regular forks and knives instead of the plastic ones - definitely not a deal breaker for me. I'm not coming to Kitchener too often but I will make sure to visit Rustic Slice again next time I'm there.
