This made my son feel relaxed and now we refer to him as Dr. Icecream .... The medicine is working and we are waiting for insurance approval to do a skin test. I have not had a bad experience with the front desk but it's obvious they are slammed so you just have to push and follow through on your own which isn't a big deal to me. I think this man is great with children and that goes a long way in my book. I also don't think the office was dirty at all. The rooms were small but I'm not trying to move in so I'm okay with that too...

Even for a child receiving care, I think it may present a notable magnitude of difficulty to consistently return to clinic. The limited hours at this clinic make it quite difficult to receive allergy shots regularly, only being open during weekdays as above: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. In my mind, this absolutely makes sense for the availability of the physician onsite for consultations or follow-ups, but for the clinic as a whole failing to be more available to simply administer repeat allergy injections, I'm struggling to understand. The care I received was fine, and all the clinicians are pleasant. The physician was swift with the consult, the nurses are quick with administration of treatment, and the front-desk gets the job done. It's worth noting that after an initial consultation and plan to start allergy shots, the shots won't be ready for a significant amount of time. I believe mine were not available until around 5-6 months after my consult. I hope to work out a solution, since I have already paid for the entirety of allergy shots but began working full-time shortly after my treatment was approved. I'll provide an update if we can come to a resolution.

I was brought back just a few minutes after arrival and Dr. saw me a few minutes later. After a pleasant conversation as to why I was there and the symptoms I was experiencing, Dr. Cohen listened attentively and followed up with some probing questions. I then transitioned into a separate room where Dr. and staff performed a very easy and quick multi-dimensional CT scan of my nasal cavity/passages. Within a few minutes, Dr. was back in the exam room explaining in great detail what my issues happen to be using the CT image as a visual. Straight forward diagnosis and easy to follow along while Dr. speaks to me and the image. Dr. offered a few different options for me and recommended an easy, effective in-office procedure that should clear up my decades old symptoms for good. I will have Dr. Cohen perform this quick procedure on me in a few weeks and I look forward to breathing clearly for the first time in many, many years. The doctor Marine Demirjian is one of the most inattentive doctors I have ever met. Marine Demirjian was not like that. She didn't want to dig into what kind of lab tests I did and didn't even knew it (this is an international lab test made in the well known allergy lab, test ALEX 2). She was also not interested in the root causes of my allergy. She even didn't do a physical exam or offer me skin tests. She sat like an idol in the distance and tried to finish the appointment as soon as possible. It was absolutely worthless, 500 hundred dollars for NOTHING. No help, no explanation. I was extremely dissatisfied with my visit and will never return to this clinic again. The only plus is that no one tried to cheat me out of money.
