This is a scam company. Do not pay attention to the false reviews, do not send them money. DO NOT USE!!!! I paid $75 for a paper for delivery in 5 days, Needless to say 7 days later I am still waiting. If you call customer service you get a recording. I sent an email and no response. I have used their live chat just to be told the writer is working on my paper. When I said when will it be done they said I will be notified.. I never imagined that I would not even receive a paper at all! read more

This business is a scam. I agree w everything below. I wish I had seen these reviews before I pre-paid +$250. And unfortunately I was not able to obtain a refund from paypal. I read the paper and it made NO sense at first. Then it started to sound like a grad professor was writing it. I copy and pasted a couple of the sentences and wow--a whole last 6 pages of my so call "no plagerism" paper popped up!!! I asked for a refund they said no, informed me the writer had been fired, and offered me 50% off the next ordered paper -- I will NEVER use these scam artist again! PayPal denied my claim for a refund b/c it was an intangible item---really! They got paid for nothing---and all I got was 24 hours if no sleep or fun to write my Finals term paper. RUN, don't pay attention to those false reviews on their page any mind--they r fake. They didn't even list their full email address on their page. Lessons learned---do my own work!! WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Again I repeat, do not use this service. If you're a student looking for a quick fix on an assignment, find a different alternative. THIS IS NOT A SOLUTION. DO NOT USE. I emailed them back and forth many times, and they were very cooperative. But it was clear they were not putting in effort and were not competent to follow simple instructions. The only way to reach them immediately was instant message, in which all the operators are called Greg. This is very misleading, because you think you're talking to the same person. Anyway, once I got my first draft, we had to change writers right away, because the first writer did horribly bad. That's when I started to get worried. I got my final draft from a second writer, and submitted the assignment. I got my grade a week later. I FAILED! It was clear that the essay was assembled using different passages from various online sources. You could easily see that there was no relation to the text provided in the instructions. But when I confronted them about this, they just stopped all forms of communication. They told me their supervisor would get back to me shortly, everyday for a week. So in the end, I failed my paper, and I didn't get my money back. It's a loose loose situation. ALL IN ALL, DO NOT USE. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FALSE CLAIMS OR ANYBODY ELSES FOR THAT MATTER. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I am so angry right now! I used this service for a paper in my final class of my curriculum. I was so stressed and could not find the time to completely my assignment. I became desperate and stumbled across this website. I needed an assignment done in 2 days and they charged me $150 which I thought was a little steep but whatever. I ordered on a Friday and they emailed me back on Saturday with the assignment. Pretty quick.. I check it and it was NOTHING THAT I ASKED FOR. I told them to fix it and they said they would fix it immediately. They didn't send me a "revision" until Sunday afternoon and it was STILL WRONG! So they apologize again and say they will fix it. By this point it is now Monday, which I paid for it to be completed on Sunday which is what I paid for. I'm stressing out because my assignment is due on Monday and I wanted ample time to be able to review and make changes if needed. They send another revision and it was WRONG AGAIN. These people are complete idiots! I had to break it down like they were children. I told them to fix it.. That my assignment was due at 5 PM and it was 1 pm at that point. They sent to last copy at 4:08 and AGAIN, it STILL WAS NOT RIGHT! At this point I demanded all of my money back. For "professional writers" to get something wrong that many times and all they can do is apologize is absurd. I was screaming at this point and demanding a refund. They kept saying they offer free unlimited revisions and asked if I wanted it written from scratch. Then said they could give me 50% off the next assignment. It was my LAST assignment of my curriculum, therefore I did not need additional services. At that point I had less then an hour to try to clean up the mess that they made. I kept complaining and they told me that a supervisor would contact me as soon as possible. It has now been two more days and I have not received any correspondence from a supervisor and I have even sent messages at least a few times a day. I am so furious with this company but even more upset at my self for falling so short that I even had to resort to this. I had to submit a half done assignment and I am so nervous for my grade. To scan just one book of 285 pictures it would have cost $994!!! Each picture (even though you scanned each page) was $3.75/each. Here is her project description from the invoice estimate she did for me: Project Description: - Prepare book for scanning by removing gently removing string - Scan each individual page at 300dpi - Maintain order of book by using filename convention: BOOK NAME_ALBUM_pg 1, 2... - For pages, enhance black background and sharpen images - Crop each individual photo from book, color enhance and sharpen - Maintain order of book by using filename convention: BOOK NAME_INDIV_pic 1, 2... - Provide client with digital files on cd flash drive - Return original materials and any loose materials in acid-free sleeves - Cost: 285 (+/- 10) total pictures @ $3.75/ea - $994 Since I thought this was outrageous, I called another company and its ovner agreed that it was way overpriced. He said he would charge me $300 to do the same for both my albums, not just one. Ultimately, I decided to scan the pictures myself at 600 dpi, bought Photoshop Elements for $70, and cropped everything myself. $70 is a lot more reasonable than $1000. It took me 8 hours to scan BOTH albums. The cropping takes the longest. I am almost done with all the photos and have spent ~15 hours cropping and editing. After I told Molly her work was out of my price range, she was really nice about it. She told me that if I had any questions doing it on my own, I could give her a call. She also hand delivered the album she evaluated to me at work. Once again, she is a really nice. If price wasn't an issue, I think she would be a good person to work with.

I looked all over the internet at the different companies where you send a box of photos in. I instead wanted to find someone local so I wouldn't have to worry about my pictures getting lost in the mail. Molly did an amazing job with all the pictures I gave her and her prices were extremely reasonable. As a reference I got a couple of quotes from photo shops around Seattle and they literally charged an arm and a leg and were on average 4-5 times more expensive than what Molly quoted me at. I initially gave her a small batch because I wanted to see how good the scans turned out and once I saw how great they were I had her do about 200 more for me. Her turn around time on everything was really great as well. Will definitely recommend her to anyone and will use her in the future again.

The one that I was ultimately provided by Curtis as my final draft, after I sent a multitude of edits needed back and forth and he agreed that the edits greatly improved his choices of wording, was not exceptional at all. In fact, it contained errors and repeatedly used words, with even a word completely missing. I wrote to let him know, but he ignored my last emails, I imagine tired of my corrections and suggestions and wanting to move on to his basic, less creative resumes. The cover letter was nothing more than my resume again in an email form, with no warmth at all. It was unusable. In the end, I used the word doc he sent me, basically rewrote a large portion, added my own introduction and submitted it. I paid a lot of money to ultimately rewrite my resume and receive an unusable cover letter. I rate them just "meh" I didn't check reviews other than on their site and now I see that others had trouble getting a final draft that was acceptable to them, too! I would suggest looking elsewhere if you strive for excellence...Look for a company that stays with you until the job is complete and worthy!!!

Being an international student studying in one of the IVY universities, and having an unrealistic demanding occupation; my instructor required a 4000-word Astrophysics essay on "Orbital mechanics and gravity", bearing in mind that it would have been hard to find adequate ideas to write such an essay which required a mastery of factual writing, reading and research in relation to physics of objects in space.
