On Sept 18 I called the Harleysville store and explained it was no longer needed. It was not opened/ unrolled and not used. I was informed it still could not be returned. I can underbid it was used or opened but it's intact! Unfortunately, I have no need for it now. I was told the district manager would call however, I'm still waiting on that call. I called the store this morning to verify told the district manager noted on my order no return is possible. I asked why he/ she didn't call me directly as I have been waiting to speak to this person. Apparently, the district manager does not talk to customers directly. REALLY?!?! What kind of customer service is that?! I have purchased from this store in the last, and with this disappointing customer service I will never buy from them again.

He delivers alone, I suspect, and is quite capable of doing all the work himself, but since you got a good deal on your new mattress, it would be nice to help him if you can (these are MY thoughts btw) He also takes the old mattress and box spring to dispose of, which costs about $35, same as our township, but I don't have to drag it out on big trash day. If any of the big places say they take your old mattress away for free, it isn't true. It has been two weeks since our purchase. I wanted to wait to see how my son liked it. He loves it. After returning home I decided the one I had was very similar. Same day went back to the store an hour later but Janeen refused to take it back, even though she could clearly see the package had not been opened. Very rude and unpleasant. Shop where customer service is good. When you buy something they are pushing to sell you they don't tell you it is a final sale. Same thing happened with friends who bought a mattress but were unhappy with the firmness, a week later Janeen refused to exchange it for a different one saying the store policy does not cover "comfort" exchanges. Any mattress store will give you at least 30 days. The good reviewers will realize this when down the road they experience a problem with their purchase.

When none of the 5 were to our liking, it was off the grid to pick any mattress to sell us before we left the store forgetting about selecting our perfect mattress. Lol When I told the saleswoman I was going to check out mattress firm she adamantly replied that that company sells used mattresses that have rusty springs!!!! Well we bought our new mattress from the other guys and it was amazing got the movable head and foot platform and saved over $1000 dollars Word to the wise shop around!!!
