The automatic thingy that holds it for you won't stay on so you have to manually hold it. Even then, it will still give up on you like when it stops because your tank is full... except my tank wasn't even at the half mark! So I let it go and started over, but realized that the meter was going but nothing was coming out. WTH! So I decided to move to another pump. A little better, but the same basic issue. Pump quit about three times so I had to hold it in place while it went at a snail's pace. Big waste of time. Guess I'll be going out of my way again. Mobil should reimburse me for the gas I have to use to go to a different gas station.

When I got home, I checked the first credit card and IT WAS CHARGED $14.81, After the cashier said that it didn't take the info to be charged. This was on 4/16/17 at 15:18:08 per the receipt. Great service! They take their time and do the job right, not like a lot of similar establishments…read morethat do a half assed job (i.e. bugs , smears, wheel wells still dirty and untouched). This place does it right no matter how long the line is. They don't treat it like it's a race to end the long conveyor line and rush your car through as to where it looks untouched. A lot of other hand car wash establishments are guilty of this but this place is not. They do a fine job every time whether I'm the only car there or there are 15 more vehicles in line down the street. They still do a completely immaculate job. It's probably the reason they're a few bucks more per wash than other places in the same vicinity. They ARE about $5 more expensive per car wash than other nearby establishments. So I guess the question is; Do you want to save $5 initially to pull your vehicle out of there only to find grease marks on your dash and console from using dirty towels that were used on the outside of other vehicles and have smears and dirt on the rockers and bottom of the doors and dirty alloy rims to the point you're pissed off and have wasted your time and money only to have to visit a more competent establishment? Or do you just want to spend the extra $5 and have them cross the T's and dot the I's? This place does what is expected..... EVERY TIME.
