She called me 2 days before the party that she made a mistake. She blamed me that I didn't double check. Then she said "if customers owe more they tell me, but less they never say anything". I was surprised with her comment. Blaming me was a dissatisfaction experience with her! The only reason I placed a 3 star not 1 .. because when they dropped off the tables and chairs. All our linens are manufactured in the USA and our tables and chairs are made of high-quality materials for a better look and more durability." This was false advertising if I've ever seen one. The entire experience was terrible and their customer service representative was dismissive. Their drop off policy is not stated on their website so we had to find out that drop off was between 2:30pm to 4:30pm AFTER the deposit was charged and had no way of canceling (reservation was booked less than a week before the event) . Who has that specific window of time to drop off on a weekday?! By the way you cannot make any modifications to your reservation or cancel under a week of pickup/delivery without incurring a charge. I also found this the hard way. Again, do yourselves a favor and go with another local vendor! I have trusted A Rental Connection in Moorpark for years, but I thought to give these vendors a try... never again.

Our event was on a Sunday over a holiday weekend, and the Party Pros team delivered everything on Friday, and we set up everything Saturday for our big day Sunday and then took everything down on Memorial Day. The Party Pros crew picked up everything Tuesday. They were reasonably priced, efficient with delivey and pickup, and because we assembled the dance floor ourselves, they waived the set up fee. If you're looking for top notch service to ensure the comfort and fun of guests at an event, give them a call!
