We had asked for for a quote on the phone and they said they need to send somebody over for an estimate. He said there is no charge for the consultation. We said no and again and asked him leave. He then insisted on a $50.00 consultation fee. He became belligerent and it took us over 15 minutes to get him to leave. I will definitely use these guys again, by far the best locksmiths I've ever used. Thank you for your service
