They have always arrived on time, and with plenty of their delicious food to serve our wedding guests. (They always have enough to feed my hungry staff) Their food presentation is superior to most, and we've seen quite a few. Qualities' staff present themselves very professionally, and interact well with our staff resulting in a seamless delivery for our bridal couples. We don't directly contract the food catering for our wedding events, but I can certainly recommend Quality Catering to anyone. We have never had a bridal couple disappointed with their choice of Quality for their special day. As a wedding venue operator, I must depend on the host's choice of caterer to be able to deliver. Whenever Quality Catering is selected, I am certain the event will be a success.

I worked with Terry via the phone and email to set up a surprise birthday party for my mom from out of town. There was a great and long list of appetizers both hot and cold to choose from. A staff member arrived at my winery venue on time and in professional manner. She set up a lovely buffet of the appetizers I had pre selected. Chafing dishes for hot items, real plates, silverware and cloth napkins were all included for the price quoted. A staff member stayed and made sure that the food stayed full, fresh, people where helped and tables bussed. Near the end of the event the staff member quietly broke down the buffet and thoughtfully packed the leftovers for us in take out containers. I was impressed that we were even left with paper plates and napkins if needed. The leftovers reheated nicely the next day for lunch. I was impressed with both the quality and quantity of the food for the price. I have had several guests ask who did the food. I would not hesitate to use Quality Catering for another event.

The pork belly is slow cooked and then pan seared, giving it a rich, savory depth with just the right amount of caramelized texture. The shredded cabbage and pickled red onions add a fresh crunch and brightness that balance the richness perfectly. Sweet pops from the seared corn salsa, along with scallions and toasted sesame seeds, add great layers of flavor. What really brings it all together is the sriracha garlic lime aioli and chasu reduction, which add just the right mix of citrus, spice, and umami. The impressive part is that you can taste every ingredient individually, yet each bite comes together as one perfectly balanced taco. If you're at the Phoodery, don't skip these tacos.
