Soon as I walked in, they just looked at me and didn't say anything.. about five minutes later, they sat my sister and I at a seat. Keep In mind that there was absolutely no one at this place and we shouldn't of had to wait. Once we were both seated, my sister's lady started her nails, while mine was sitting on her phone texting and laughing and her texts. FIVE hole minutes later my lady started my nails. About 10 minutes later, The lady doing my nails got a FaceTime call from her friend that she was texting. She then proceeded to answer the call, but had technical difficulties and just kept FaceTime different people. After FaceTimeing her whole FaceTime log, she continues to do my nails. FIVE MINUTES LATER she randomly gets up and goes to the bathroom for 10 minutes, and hasn't even started applying my nails. Half way in, things were going good... UNTIL my sisters lady CUT HER, with a file that looked Like it was bought from the dollar store. The lady said nothing and immediately put old green aloe stuff that made her hand BURN LIKE CRAZY! Today we went to the doctor and came back with an INFECTED FINGER. Overall we were WICKED rushed to pick a color, and never coming back ever again. ALSO forgot to mention, my lady flinched while using the electric file and also cut me. Horrible service. read more

I went in for a gel polish. Easy right? Wrong. It looked like a 5 year old did my nails. She painted over my cuticles and some spots didn't even have any polish. I asked for my money back and they refused. The woman said it was because I bite my nails. I have never bitten my nails and anyone with eyes can see that. I asked for them to remove it and she told me I would have to wait a half hour. No thank you. I did it myself. Completely unprofessional and rude. They shouldn't be in business. read more

So my last review I gave them 1 star, which I've never done anywhere before. I went back in today to fix the three nails that chipped and peeled off.. They were fixed for free and the guy was very nice about it. They've redeemed themselves! read more

My daughter had gone into this so called salon to have a Mani-Pedi done. My daughter was met by the owner of the salon who was rude and exhibited an attitude the entire visit. It was also the owner that provided the service to my daughter. She had no idea how to remove the old gel product from her nails so instead proceeded to file it instead of removeing it. She did not clip nor push back the cuticles. She then proceeded to put gel on top of the old gel product getting the paint all over my daughter's skin and cuticles on both her fingers and toes alike. She then informed my daughter that she had never seen gel done on toes before. She shaped the nails in the most odd of shapes, some cut extremely short, while others were long, uneven, lumpy, and misshapen. She did not even use the the same product on my daughter's toes, she put regular polish on her toes telling her it was gel. I have never seen such a herrendous job before. I am a trained stylist as well as manicurist with over 25 years experience and have never come accross such attitude nor poor workmanship. It was such a horrible job that it immediately began to peel from my daughter's toes and nails within the hour. I proceeded to call the salon and explain the situation to the owner, at which time she informed me that she was the one who had done the work on my daughter, that I was wrong and that if my daughter was so unhappy why did'nt she say something. I then offered to show her the photos that we had taken in order for her to see how badly the job was done on both the hands and feet. She them became very angry with me telling me that she did a good job and that she does not do a bad job. When I explained that my daughter was in tears and did not want to come back in and that she wanted her money back, the woman kept repeating that I was wrong and telling me that she does not do a bad job and that she spent alot of time on my daughter's nails. She refused to look at the photos, at which time I again tried to plead with her and asked for my daughter's money back. She refused to give my daughter a refund, began yelling at me and hung up the phone on me. This was the most disgusting display and person that I was ever unfortunate enough to have to deal with and my daughter recieve service from. DO NOT patronize this so called salon!!!!! They are extremely rude, unprofessional and do not have adiquite knowledge of product or execution of service. The whole experience was disgusting and horrible. My daughter prides herself on her appearance and her nails...this experience was nothing to be proud of !!!! read more

This place is horrible! My friend and I went for manis/pedis. They cut my friends toe and proceeded to tell her it was because she has an in grown toe nail.... she does NOT. Then the lady only massaged ONE of my legs... completely forgot about the other?! I got gel on my nails and within 4 days they were peeling! Worst 60$ I have ever spent. They were rude and confrontational when any of these things were pointed out to them! Will never go back. read more

I won't go back. The place seems kind of shabby....it doesn't appear to be clean. I entered the salon and the first thing I noticed was an odd smell...kind of like smelly feet. I should have left right then and there. I was the only person in the salon and the employees were all lounging in the pedicure chairs. I felt like I broke up their party. They weren't friendly at all. I got a pedicure and it was fine but the whole experience was off-putting. Try Cuticles. Cleaner, newer, and nicer people. And a previous reviewer was correct.. poor selection of polish. read more

I went there to get a new acrylic set put on my nails. The week I had them done they were already starting to fall off. The shape is also horridly wrong and they were crooked. The woman that put them on was nice and all, but she definitely didn't put the acrylics on right. Will not be returning to this salon. read more

Unprecedented unprofessionalism! I was belittled in the most humiliating way when I spoke up about a bad nail job. Their response to my comment about the messy nail job was that if i don't like it don't come back. "We don't need customers who look like you." Those were his words. Awful, just awful! read more

Had the worst experience! I have been there several times and always raved about the place but just went the other day and was so disappointed and upset. Had an older woman maybe 60's never seen her there before she never spoke just kind of tapped my foot and leg to move, had a French manicure that looked like my 5 year old granddaughter did it, I told her about the white spots she didn't buff out of my great toe she was like" nothing wrong" got upset I even mentioned then the white tips were all different sizes she said again "nothing wrong" I am not one for conversations so I let go and at that point decided I would never go back. Didn't stop there I handed her my credit card she yelled and asked me for cash I was so shocked, really? I proceeded to check out with female owner and asked Your sign says credit cards is this not true she said all set I handed her my card and before I could tell her to add tip she had already ran my card she said next time, should not of tipped anyway. She told the old lady I was all set I would tip her next time , the lady started yelling in her language very obvious about me!
