Test came back positive for influenza A, so I asked the doctor if there's any antiviral medications we can prescribe for him (knowing 4 different ones off the top of my head) doc said "No... kinda just something that'll take time" I said okay well his sister just had the flu and the doc gave her Tamiflu to help reduce symptoms and it seemed to really help her. He says yeah research shows it doesn't help if you're not "high risk" and I left it at that, since I have a family member that's a doctor and will prescribe us that medicine...which they did! Terrible experience & waste of time & money. Don't be in the medical field if you're not willing to help those who need it.

Doctor said it was a double ear infection and she'd send in an antibiotic. Also wanted to test for strep but after waiting 15 more minutes for noone to come test, we left. An hour later, we went to pick the medicine up only to find out it was never sent in. Called the doctors office who said they'd send it in again. Waited 15 minutes, called them again. Finally, it was sent other after the third phone call. Will try another instacare next time or wait to see her actual doctor. Waste of 4 hours and $50.
