I've been a patient at Integrated Wellness in South Jordan and in Bountiful collectively for almost…read more10 years. While I don't disagree with the other reviews about a sales aspect of some of the programs offered here, I have benefitted tremendously from a consistent program to address my concerns. A couple of experiences have made me a loyal patient. A few years ago I suddenly had excruciating low back and leg pain + numbness after a normal day of skiing. I was incapacitated, unable to walk, sit, stand, or lay flat to find pain relief. This went off and on for months. My orthopedist only offered gabapentin for nerve pain, but it treated the symptom, not the problem. After visiting the ER in the middle of the night with nothing to show for it but a $500 charge and a few pills for pain, I committed to a program of adjustments and physical therapy three days a week for several months at Integrated Wellness. This helped me rehabilitate and improve my strength in areas that were overcompensating and causing nerve pain. I also purchased a life changing Theragun and TENS unit. These weren't gimmicks. They saved me. Now I tell everyone I know to get these items for chronic pain and have purchased several for gifts. And I use them regularly. If you're active and want to remain so as you age, these are must-haves. Another experience just occured a few days ago. I woke up with vertigo causing extreme dizziness. Anybody sensitive to motion knows how miserable this is. I called Integrated Wellness on a Friday. They worked to get me in with Dr. Pyne for a chiropractic adjustment and Dr. Becky for some physical therapy before closing at noon. Dr. Pyne gives a fantastic adjusment and has saved me from misery more times than i can remember, and this time was no exception. Then, Dr. Becky took me through a treatment for Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo which occurs as a result of displaced otoconia, which are small crystals of calcium carbonate, that have detached from the inner ear and collect in the semicircular canals of the year. The treatment included a series of head movements that shift these particles back to the inner ears, alleviating the severe sensation of motion. Shockingly, the effect was immediate. Vertigo was gone. My weekend would proceed as planned. Honorable mention to PTA John who kept me laughing through the yacking. I was even offered a shot for nausea afterward to help with any lingering effects. Additionally, Dr. Becky walked me through a series of protocols that I can practice to build better tolerance to motion with the goal of enjoying some of my favorite activities without getting sick, every.single.time. I am constantly recommending Integrated Wellness to everyone who complains of pain. Go in with a clear objective and make decisions with your health care provider there. Be clear on what your insurance will cover and what you're willing or able to invest. To me, long term mobility and high quality of life are everything, and I'm lucky to have this exceptional resource right here in Bountiful. Bonus- Integrated Wellness has a massage therapy studio upstairs with some of the best therapists anywhere. They are well studied in the field of anatomy and physiology, and go beyond a basic feel good massage. And the prices are ridiculously reasonable.

Checking in at the front desk was easy. I had filled out the necessary documents online, so check in went quick. I also had my payment ready which was helpful (and they gave me a 10% discount). While I was signing documents, the sweet lady at the front desk chatted with my daughter and made her feel better. This was just the first good encounter of many. We didn't wait long before we were called back. The young lady that took us back was so sweet with my daughter. I wish I had caught we her name. She also helped to calm the nerves of my daughter. The anesthesiologist was an absolute hoot! We loved his "dad jokes." It was nice of him to come in and explain the anesthesia process to my 8-year-old. It helped her to know what to expect. Dr. Major also popped in to say hello. He was great with explaining things and calming the nerves. After speaking with him, I knew she was in good hands. Surgery went super quick (which is a good sign)! They had me back there with her in the recovery room in no time at all! The nurse, Michelle, is possibly the sweetest human being to exist. She's the one who took care of my child after surgery. She brought her water, a popsicle, and a nice warm blanket. When my daughter was still shivering, Michelle rushed to get her another warm blanket. She made sure my child was as comfortable as she could be. Michelle sat down with me and explained what to expect and how to care for my daughter post surgery. She highlighted the very important information and made sure I didn't have any questions. She gave me a few tips and tricks which have been a lifesaver. When my daughter was feeling well enough, Michelle wheeled her out to my car in a wheelchair. She let me bring the car around the front so my daughter didn't have to be out in the cold. We had a great experience here and I'd highly recommend this surgical center!

I've just have been trying some stuff to be healthier in general and was hoping to get a routine. I walk in and the lady there is really nice. She walks me back. Take some scans (there's a bit of trouble with the scanner) I sit under some red lights and chill for like 20 minutes, you get a foot cleanse where the water turns a color and tells you secrets about your health, and then they put you a vibration plate. The whole thing takes about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. The nice lady tells me to come back in a week to get my results. I come back for my results a week later I wait in the waiting room for about 30 minutes. A Guy takes me back and does the worst sales pitch I've ever heard. Asking me why I signed up for the $59 deal. If I even plan on continuing. I'm a little confused and I say that I was expecting to hear about my results and get a plan. He then says he doesn't have my results and that I should sign up for their $1200 plan so that I can get a plan. I get a little defensive and say I feel confused. I thought I was gonna get a plan today and he said normally I would but they didn't have any of my results. Obviously uncomfortable he offers a free redo on the scans. Promising I probably had results the first time he just couldn't prove it. Anyways, did not like the sales pitch would've appreciated if he just said "hey we don't have any results. Can we please do everything one more time and then see if you would like to continue?" Just right up front. I think that this deal is either too low or their prices are too high. I wouldn't pay $350 for the service that I got I wouldn't even pay $59 again. I would give this place one star for the scam vibes but the lady upfront is really nice. To anybody hoping to do this, I would say you could probably order all the stuff they use for $1200. The scanner was an Xbox connect! Like what is this?
