Kids are free to try everything that the gymnastics studio has to offer: trampolines (there are several in several sizes), foam block pits, swinging ropes, balance beams, uneven bars, soft mats, ramps, balls -- it's all so fun. It's a great place to come when the weather is cold and your child needs to run around and burn off energy. The drop-in time is especially great for toddlers and preschoolers. This is a pretty big gymnasium, so there's lots of space to move around. It can get crowded at certain times (like during Christmas break and spring break), but there's plenty of space and it never feels super crowded. They play fun Disney music, too!

My 4 year old daughter attended a birthday party at Gymnastics Unlimited today. The facility was…read moretidy and in good repair but seriously understaffed. There were two birthday parties occurring simultaneously, our group of 4 and 5 year olds along side another group of what appeared to be much larger older kids (maybe 8 or 9 year olds?) each group had well over a dozen members. The staffing was painfully sparse and consisted of merely a front desk woman and two teens on the gym floor. Upon arrival, we were greeted and immediately asked to fill out a waiver. I did inform the employee that this was our first visit. After receiving lack-luster instruction of rules and guidelines, we removed both mine, and my daughter's shoes/ socks, then headed to the tumbling room floor. Once on the floor, one of the teen employees approached quickly informing me, "All parents, except birthday child's parents, are to go upstairs in the viewing area." I was very hesitant to leave my 4 year old daughter and decided to mostly obey the girl's request by moving to the sidelines near the door. Once off to the side, I noticed NONE of the other 6 "non-birthday child parents" were asked to leave!! Not wanting to make a scene, I continued to watch carefully from the floor entrance. Here is what I witnessed: The teen girl employee only actively monitored one trampoline that was immediately in front of the foam pit. She repeatedly instructed my daughter to wait in line but did not appear at all concerned about how many children were already actually in the foam pit! I was very concerned because I did not want any of the little kids crushed by the much larger, considerably heavier older kids. While It is not reasonable to expect two girls to monitor a whole gym with over two dozen children running and jumping; it is also unreasonable to expect a small child to understand protocol and expectations in an alien environment. Why not allow parents to monitor their kids in an unobtrusive manner? Is it so difficult to also be consistent with the application of rules? I felt singled out, discriminated against and unwelcome. I had high hopes for Gymnastics Unlimited as a local, future scheduled, energy burn-off activity for my daughter but after today's off-putting experience, we will not be returning and would not recommend the facility to anyone wanting a safe experience for their young child.

But the biggest contributor is the lack of employee involvement no one walks the area and checks they play area at all. 0 involvement maintaining anything other than checking you in. Price is per hour and parents have to pay to walk around with your kid which is ridiculous considering the fact it's a kid play place obviously I'm not coming here to play. The tables never get cleaned off. The theme of the place is cool. The music is genuinely so god awful that it is impossible to listen to. It's only kids bop for HOURSSSS. I hate no one has mentioned the music is kids bop it's probably the worst part about the entire place. Play area has many different things to do but the music makes you want to leave immediately.

The kids get to jump for 2 hours which I feel is a good amount of time. They do have a membership which you come off better doing the membership if you know you will be back more than once. The membership is the same price you pay for one jump session each month but you can come multiple times in that month. They have a concession stand where you can buy drinks and food. The prices were on the high end. The kids enjoyed their self and were wore out. Customer service was great when I was paying because she explained everything to me. Also you can pay online before you get there to save on time.

Every class has been a struggle--he gets anxious beforehand and ends up crying through the entire lesson. What's most concerning is that at other pools, he's confident, happy, and able to swim independently. But as soon as we come here, he becomes completely miserable. Unfortunately, we were told we still have to pay for an additional 30 days, plus a $50 registration fee--even though we no longer wish to continue. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

This new location (in the basement of the building) is essentially an open room that is large enough to feel comfy, but small enough that your kid can't run too far away. The cozy carpet almost makes it feel like you're hanging out in a friend's basement. The teachers absolutely love kids and remember every kids' name. It's super impressive. Every minute of the class has a special activity -- different songs, activities, etc. They have drums, scarves, fun lights for a dance party, a lullaby to end with, etc. The teacher we have is super positive and allows kids to truly express themselves and interpret the activities however they want. I've enjoyed meeting the parents here too and all have been super nice. We did a trial with a friend and immediately signed up.
