To all Kubies and artists, my customer experience using Instant Printing services was he worse…read more I've dealt with less than professional people before, but I this is the first time I have someone lied to my face and the last time I ever used their services. I needed to print a job for one of my assignments at the school, so I e mailed my project to Instant printing. Having previously exchanged e mails with whoever I'm assuming was in charge, I called him to ask if he received my file, which he responded he did. I Called next day to ask if it was ready, to which he responded again positive. When I get to the place, the guy didn't have the project ready, and he even alleged he never got the e mail. I went back to get the file and I personally gave it to him. Next day I go once again and when it was finally ready, the job was all out screwed up (btw the files were labeled and in order). The manager was rude and didn't pay attention the whole time, like he didn't care for costumer service or the job itself. I would recommend you never to use their services, even if its the only printing business that is close to the school.

When I went to the business to review my proofs, I asked the owner to darken the background, he explained that instead of the .pdf file I emailed, he would require the original file from the actual program used to design the invitations. The file was sent to him and within a couple of days the job was finished and it was perfect!!
