I would like to leave a zero star rating. The clerks are fine--but do not buy glasses here. They will give you a promised by date--a few weeks--but it will NOT be met. Plus, whenever you call to see what has happened---they rudely tell you they do not know--just a problem with "Corporate." You are stuck, as they have already taken insurance money (and your money), and say it will be a few weeks before they can refund that. Do NOT go here! read more

The ladies are very nice but I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's a hub and you don't get to see an eye doctor. They totally got my prescription wrong and when I called them and told them I couldn't see through the top of my lenses their reply was it's your eyes getting used to the new prescription. I kept the glasses on hoping they were right. No such luck. read more

NO STARS! I can't believe these people are still in business with all the negative reviews they have, lame apologies that mean nothing when you're not fixing the problems, and blatant lack of concerns by the staff at the Bowlinggreen location! I ordered glasses a month ago, still nothing! not even an email, text, or call to apologize and offer a solution. I spent way too much money there for a pair of Ray Ban glasses that I still don't have! and let's not even talk about the fact that they told me my "Ray Bans" would NOT have a RB case, but an eye lab case instead!!!! so are y'all selling knockoff glasses too?!?!? I have so many questions but, considering how patronizing their staff is at this office, I'm not calling again! I'm getting my money back, warning everyone I know, and reporting to the Better Business Bureau! unacceptabl! Shame on y'all! read more

It was our first time here and really like the experience. Missy made it a wonderful way to connect in a very trying time. read more

Stanton Optical - It's hard enough to find glasses but with the other obstacles it can be really challenging and they make it great!!! - Eyewear & Opticians Near Me - Bowling Green, Kentucky

Had a great appointment here. Very easy time picking out frames and getting help with my existing pair of glasses. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be returning! read more

As soon as you walk in the door they greet you with a Hello. They walked me through every step and was very personal and friendly. They listened and understood my needs and my wants. I would recommend this company and this location to anyone. read more

The ladies at the front are amazing. I bought a pair of glasses in March, they snapped in half. I went in and she was able to replace the frame and I walked out able to see again. Thank you so much y'all! read more

I had a prescription from my own optometrist, so I can't say anything about the quality of their exams; however, my glasses are the best pair I have ever had. I have bifocals and have hated them ever since my first pair. I have never had any which actually had the gradient in the correct location for how I use my eyes. My Eyelab in Bowling Green got it right on the FIRST TRY. I can actually see out of my bifocals for the first time ever. read more

worst place I have ever been, no DR. there, all is done teleport. when I got my glasses couldn't see with them and they did my eye exam over and when those glasses came back, I still couldn't see with them. so, for a third time they sent the glasses back to be redone again. picked them up a few weeks ago and when I tried them again, I couldn't see out of one side of them, and the lady just told well I don't know what to tell you. so, I have a pair of glasses I played good money for and can't use them. I would never tell anyone to go there. read more

I wasn't looking to buy glasses but was shopping at TJ Maxx and saw a new place to buy glasses so I stopped to inquiring and was give a appointment within 45mins . I wasn't told that the person preforming the exam was in another state using electronic devices but I excepted it . I bought glasses that cost 549.00 but i couldn't see so I returned the glasses and was refunded the 400.00 that was on debit card but had to take them to small claims court where they held me responsible for the 45.00 exam, and they have, so far refuse to pay the court cost. I hope this review help you not to make the mistake I made. paw0624@gmail.com read more

I brought my wife here because I got my glasses here and had a good experience but when she came I went in to help her pick her glasses out and give her an honest opinion but no, the women here bumrushed her and tried to pick them for her. One old lady even criticized the glasses I picked out to see what she thought about them. Then this little old lady put 2 pair in her basket to try on that looked like something Sam's mom wore on bewitched. They acted like I shouldn't be part of the process and that she wasn't able to pick out glasses for herself. After the eye test these people should take you to the racks of glasses and tell you to look around and see what you like and if you have any questions they are there for you. It was totally the opposite. I don't like pushy salespeople, it wasn't about money, the whole reason I came is I wanted to make sure she got top shelf, transition, all the best but stuff because she is frugal. They made this experience irritating for us. read more
