The staff is sugary sweet but Dr Goldbeck is the worst dentist I've seen. 3 times in the past 2 years I have been told he was sending me to a specialist. They tell me who they are sending me to and then never make the referral. I'm left hanging. He once put a crown on without numbing it. PAINFUL! I have never seen such incompetence! Staff is always friendly and helpful here, but there are 2 staff members that really stand out, and they would be Madyson and Q. They are so patient and try to make you feel as comfortable as possible. They don't rush you, nor do they rush their jobs. They are very knowledgeable. They both helped me lower my anxiety and made my visits a great experience. read more

Clowns at the desk couldn't even confirm my insurance coverage. I've never in my entire life had that issue. I step outside and make ONE phone call and can confirm my insurance coverage in less than 5 minutes. Why can't the ladies at the desk do that when it's THEIR JOB?! read more

My visit to this dentist was probably one of the best I've had. They were kind and welcoming from the moment you came in the door and were even able to make me a "right now" emergency appointment to deal with a tricky tooth. The Dental Assistant and Dentist were both genuinely kind, compassionate, and considerate. You guys keep being rockstars. I'll be back. read more

This clinic is a cattle herding competition. The dentist sits down and immediately runs off to the next stall. 99% of the dental work is done by the assistants who don't look comfortable performing it. Dr Hammond recommended Invisalign to correct my cross-bite in one year. However, one broken molar, implant, many corrections to braces, and FOUR years later I still have a cross-bite. I requested for some refund since the correction didn't work at all but was very rudely cut off (if i was lucky enough for someone to return my many calls) and their corporate lady, Cynthia Tyler, straight up hung up on me after telling me that this is all my fault and all the other dentists that say this braces treatment was not the correct choice for me are wrong and I would need 10 more dentists to disagree with Dr Hammond. My Dentist is the worst. Dr. Goldbek has no bed side manner. He is rude and condescending. Each time I left their office I paid my balance in full and each time I came back in for my 6 month check up...guess what? I magically had a balance due. They blame it on Insurance; however I have never had this problem at any other dentist office. They sent my name to collections for balances from my adult children. What a joke. I will never recommend this place to anyone ever. I had to give this place one star to post my review, but if it were up to me they would get -10 stars read more

I've been coming here for the past 4 years for all my dentist needs and they can fit you in pretty quickly and the wait isn't very long until yesterday. I went in for a 3pm appointment. Walked in, front desk asked for my name and told me I was checked-in and I took a seat. I waited for an HOUR till I finally asked what was taking so long because the wait is always 5-10minutes. Apparently they never informed anyone I was here and it was now 4pm and it was too late to fit me in that day. I made sure to go into work at 7am to make my appointment at 3 and the 4 people at the front desk never once checked in on me or the dentist to see what the hold up was. I should have gotten up soon to ask what the delay was for but ASSUMED people would do their job. What a dummy. Please make sure to ask the front desk if you're not being seen in over 10 minutes because they're too busy on their phones chatting to see that clients are being seen! read more

I had a filling/chipped tooth come off & called to make an appointment for a filling/Dr. appointment. The receptionist argued with me over the phone about what treatment was on my plan from my previous visit (less than 6 months prior). This was highly unprofessional and I was hesitant to come in, but hey, ya know, I have a hole in my tooth now. I came in for my appointment and they did the whole exam, x-rays, etc. Well, they have to do a crown instead of a filling. OK, that's fine. They bring me the bill, which is higher than my previous estimate (price goes up for the year, I get it - but I want a second opinion). So, as I'm leaving, I ask for a copy of the cost of my entire treatment plan (*note* their office had called less than two weeks prior asking me when I would be in to have the treatment done). I was told, that since all they looked at was one tooth, all they could estimate is that tooth. The treatment they wanted to do -two weeks prior- is no longer valid. I noped out of there because they started to argue with me about that as I was leaving.... So, if you want argumentative receptionists and sketchyness concerning treatment plans - this is the place for you. Dr. Golbek was nice, though. read more

Dr. Hammond and Tori were both very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I've always been thoroughly impressed with each experience at My Dentist Broken Arrow. From the friendly and timely answer of my telephone call, and versatile appointment scheduling, all the way up to the billing/checkout. Not to mention the dentists, dental hygienists and assistants. Haley usually treats me, and I'm proud to say that she has given me some suggestions about my oral care which I've headed, resulting in my improved oral health. read more

My husband had a good experience here so I decided to "bite the bullet" and make an appointment. During both visits (mine and my husband's) the appointments started promptly on time and the hygienist was quick and efficient. I had a routine cleaning but will return to get a filling...or two. The dentist seemed very knowledgeable. Will update after I get my fillings if my rating changes. So far my impression is that they are prompt, clean, professional, and efficient. read more

Although this is a busy place it seems we were in and out quick. 1 issue though. I brought my 2 kids in for their cleaning just before Christmas. At that time I had made my appointment for after the holidays. To speed up the process for my appointment, I filled out my 4 pages of information while I was there for the kids appointment. When I returned in January for my appointment, the paperwork was nowhere to be found and I had to redo them. Dr. Green was wonderful and very informative. read more

The dentist Dr Green was really nice, but the follow up and paperwork at this office is terrible. I had to have some dental work in preparation for a joint replacement. It took almost a month of phone calls and missing faxes between them, my Doctor and myself just to get the needed clearances. After being directed by them to go off site to get a root canal and temp filling that was to last 2 or 3 weeks, when I called to do my follow up, I was told they could not do it for 6 weeks. read more
