I loved the dental assistants, and how they welcome the patient upon arrival and making them feel so comfortable. They are all gentle and kind, and speak so warmly to their patients while working on their teeth. I trust these dentists and assistants, and the wonderful work they do.

But if I moved it to the hospital my health insurance would cover more than 1/2 of it. When I call the office and request to move the surgery to hospital- I was told it was a year waiting list and was honestly treat very poorly. I was spoken to like I was a bad patient. I questioned some of the billing and some billing codes and they way they spoke to me GOT A LOT WORSE! I called another office in town and I was told if son needed surgery we could have it done in on the next 60 days. So I called this office back and questioned the 1 year waiting for the hospital. Was told the same thing. So unless I was willing to pay cash - I have to wait a year. The next day I got a phone informing me that Dr Roberts was upset that I questioned him and he would not see my son again until he see another Peds Dentist. BECAUSE I questioned his Billing and Questioned the fact that I was unwilling to pay $3,000 cash to his office when my insurance would cover this at the hospital and I questioned why he had a 1 year waiting list. So I'm the bad guy because I'm trying to do what is best for my child and my family. I will never go back and I will never recommend them because this is not fair to child! They don't care about the patients. They care about money!

Our Pediatric dentist went outside our Delta Dental PPO insurance that I have recently. I have 3…read morekids. I have never written a yelp or google review before but I could not believe how we were treated by the office manager Austin ( i believe his name). Of note, we never got to meet the Dentist and this is not a reflection of his dental skills at all. I called around 1230pm today to to see if they take my insurance and were told they do and had an opening at 2pm. They were able to schedule in my 3 children 14yo, 11yo and 11yo (twins) at 2pm. I never been to this place and asked for coordinates and was told they were on 81st/Garnett and confirmed to me they were next door to Marco's Pizza. I know it was kind of a rush but I tried my best to get my children there at 2pm. Unfortunately, my girls school took awhile to get the children out of class and ended up running late. I got to the Marco's Pizza at 215pm, and looked all around eventually found the practice which was in a different parking lot altogether. We arrived with the 3 children at 2:23. I was told we were not going to be seen. I apologized for being late and asked anyway if at least one or 2 of the children could be seen. I was told NO. then I asked if we can reschedule and was told NO they would never be seen by the practice bc I was late for 1st appointment. I totally understand a policy, but no compassion or grace, really? I literally made the appointment less than 2 hours b4 and tried my best to get them out of school and to their appointment as a single dad but now being "Fired" from the practice without even establishing care? Wow, no compassion. I guess that's the way this business is run. Guess I dodged a bullet for the future but was looking forward to meeting our new dentist which we never got a chance or never will!

Well. All I can say is you better keep it tight…read more They'll drop you like a bag of ice on concrete mid August if you get a couple reschedules whether it's their fault or yours. How it happened: 1. Made first appointment beginning of 2025 (This is phone call 1) 2. Company moves buildings + reschedules first appointment. This does not count against me, however, they chose the next date -April 2nd 2025 (This is phone call 2) 3. I realize that date won't work because I have to work, so I call to reschedule for a date that actually works for me. (This is phone call 3) This DOES count against me. A company chosen date that doesn't work for the client is the clients fault I suppose. So it's rescheduled from April 2nd 2025 to April 7th 2025 (so says the manager looking at the account on this day 2/2/26) 4. Im told the April 7th Appointment was a no call no show and they messaged me several times with no reply and said they left a voicemail. I dont recall seeing this but they say it happened. This appointment was rescheduled for Oct 22nd 2025. (This DOES count against me and puts me at their "limit of 2 reschedules") I can no longer reschedule or my son is dropped as a client. (This is phone call 4) 5. The day of Oct 22nd, my son's other doctor appointment ran over which caused us to miss the dentist appointment and need to reschedule again. Couldn't reschedule because 2 reschedules already existed for us. I wrongly assumed that since phone call 3 only occured because the company gave me a bad date that it wouldn't count against me as a reschedule since it wasn't a fault of mine. So the company caused reschedule number 1 (phone call 3) and I had a no call no show (phone call 4) causing reschedule number 2. Now my son is no longer a client due to those 2 reschedules. 1 my fault, and 1 the company's fault. So all in all. They forced a reschedule on me and then used it against me. If anyone at the company reads this, please tell the manager this is a better explanation. Hard to verbalize all these details on the spot. Also I'd like to reschedule if you could call me back.
