I thought I would try Aspen Dental again and see if maybe they had improved their services. They have not. I made an appointment and also drove over there to buy some teeth bleach. When I got there, I was told that because now I was considered a new patient they could not give me the teeth bleach until after they saw me. Way to make it all about money, Aspen Dental!! I received a text reminder about my upcoming appointment every single solitary day up until my appointment, which I confirmed yes, and filled out my paperwork again now that I was a new patient. When I showed up for my appointmen the bot at the front desk said "We tried to call you yesterday to verbally confirm your appointment and since we didn't get you we canceled your appointment." What the heck???????? First of all, I have confirmed at least a half a dozen times all the way up until today And you still cancelled my appointment? And by the way, I never received a call. Way to go! Way to lose a patient! If you are thinking about using them think twice. I have had two out of two bad experiences with them and would never, EVER recommend them to anybody on the planet.

The doctor and his staff are knowledgable and friendly, remembering details about you from day one. They ask after family, don't fuss if you have to reschedule a time or two (or three or four...), and constantly check to make sure you're comfortable. I appreciate having a say in my treatment, too. Some dental offices can feel like auto body shops run by crooked mechanics who talk you into making unnecessary repairs. Not Dr. Theobald. He makes his recommendations but ultimately leaves the decision to get work done in your hands. His chair side manner is great, and he's got some great stories about his time in college. Do yourself a favor and switch dentists here ASAP.

Scheduled a cleaning for my husband and when scheduling the appointment I did inform them he had…read morenot been to the dentist in close to 20 years other than to have a tooth pulled. They scheduled him in and when he was there they kept contradicting themselves. They told him his teeth looked good and then refused to clean his teeth and told him he needed a deep cleaning. They also told him he needed 5 crowns and no explanation. Needless to say they had him flustered and upset. He did not get his teeth cleaned and they wasted his time. We went to another dentist clinic this weekend for a 2nd opinion and while they did not have to clean his teeth he is scheduled for a regular cleaning after the new year. No deep cleaning is needed! We had to redo and pay for the xrays at the new place since insurance only covers one set of xrays a year and Flawless had ran the insurance already. The new clinic let us know he did not "need" the crowns and his teeth looked good by the xrays. I would not recommend going here unless you want the run around and to spend a bunch of money for no reason.
