I originally went here seven years ago and did not go back because it was not a good experience. Recently, my dentist has started closing his office on Fridays and Saturdays, which were the only days that I could go. I thought I would try Aspen Dental again and see if maybe they had improved their services. They have not. I made an appointment and also drove over there to buy some teeth bleach. When I got there, I was told that because now I was considered a new patient they could not give me the teeth bleach until after they saw me. Way to make it all about money, Aspen Dental!! I received a text reminder about my upcoming appointment every single solitary day up until my appointment, which I confirmed yes, and filled out my paperwork again now that I was a new patient. When I showed up for my appointmen the bot at the front desk said "We tried to call you yesterday to verbally confirm your appointment and since we didn't get you we canceled your appointment." What the heck???????? First of all, I have confirmed at least a half a dozen times all the way up until today And you still cancelled my appointment? And by the way, I never received a call. Way to go! Way to lose a patient! If you are thinking about using them think twice. I have had two out of two bad experiences with them and would never, EVER recommend them to anybody on the planet. read more

My wife went here and had nothing but issues with them. They cancelled her appoint because she failed to answer when they called to confirm the appointment. They have taken months to get her implant finished. The billing process is confusing and made to pay upfront with no receipt for breakdown of charges. They do not bill the insurance properly. The office staff get confused about my wife's name and cant figure out that Pam and Pamela are the same person. Stay away from this dental office. read more

I only went here because I needed a routine cleaning and they were in-network. There was an immediate red flag when I called to schedule and they told me they would do x-rays and then give me a "treatment plan". Lo and behold, they told me I needed a special deep cleaning that would cost $1500 out of pocket. They would not do a regular cleaning that my dental insurance would cover 100%. The dentist used scare tactics and the whole experience was very shady. I ended up walking out. read more

I had to get a tooth pulled before they could measure for dentures. A month or so later, they took measurements of my teeth/gums although I was still swollen. Then we all agreed that it would be better to measure after the swelling had subsided. It took this woman about 20 minutes to pull one tooth. She took 4 breaks during the extraction. Unfortunately, I previously had about 10 teeth extracted over the last 30 years, so I knew what to expect, I thought. A blacksmith would have done a better job. The dentist just didn't have enough strength to pull it out and it took about 2.5 months for the swelling to finally subside so they could then do accurate measurements. After the swelling was finally gone, I went back to get an accurate measurement, but to my surprise, they had my dentures finished, completely ignoring our previous decision to wait for the swelling to go. When I reminded them of what we had previously decided about waiting, they said "well, we can just adjust them" for an accurate fit. I left angry and they knew it. The very first time I tried to put them in at home, one of the anchor teeth crumbled as if it was hollow. WTF. I never went back. I threw the dentures away and didn't pay my balance until it made an appearance on my credit report. All you have to do is look at the fact that nearly all of the reviews here are poor. Stay away. I wish I had been smart enough to do more research and read the reviews first. read more

I went to Aspen Dental in Broken Arrow (Hillside) I had 2 molars pulled and calling & root planning done, had help from office manager setting up credit care for me, no complaints there ... but it is very inconvenient when you have to get a hold of the office there to talk to anyone, i have called a total of 5 times and left voicemail, no answer no call was returned, i have questions about my extraction sight and have to go out of my way and actually go and walk in to the dental office to talk to someon! Two be honest I don't know if I want to continue going there, no patient should have a hard time getting through to talk to some at the office there but I guess we all have different needs! read more

I normally don't post reviews but felt it warranted pointing out the positive. I needed a lot of dental work done. I was very nervous about the process and dr Mohammad listened to my concerns and reassured me that a pretty smile was not out of reach. She doesn't rush you. I started implant treatment in February of 2024 in June I decided against continuing treatment and requested a refund of the credit card loan paying for future treatment. my insurance company paid their part in Apri. I do not have an outstanding balance due. this loan was for future treatment which I informed them I had canceled. so far there has been no refund. read more

I went to Aspen Dental for a second opinion. The first dentist quoted me for crowns,grafting,extractions,fillings, and other things. I about fell o we seeing the estimate sheet of what they WANTED to do. $13,000.hmmmm I'm not paying for you a Mercedes benz. I went to Aspen and got the same evaluation. With what my insurance would pay and that I was on limited income, Dr Baird looked at what really should be donee to make my quality of life good. No crowns needed, just a couple teeth removed with upper n lower partial. I was so excited I about burst and only have $480 out of pocket too pay. Total cost with insurance $2,500. Sure is a BIG difference from the other dentist. I went in at 1 p.m. and before I knew it both extractions were done and I was out of there by 1:30 Dr Baird was excellent. I said I couldn't believe he was done and I was so thankful. I've had no bad healing effects, everything is healing nicely. This is an UPDATE from my 5 star review on Jan. 20, 2018. I have decided that this place (Aspen Dental) is FAR too expensive. Although I needed to have ALL of my teeth pulled and both jaws with dentures. They would only finance all pulling and lower dentures at over $3,000. Pulling might eliminate the pain, but how could I eat with nothing on my upper jaw. Regardless, I could not afford the high payments even on that. I am 73 and living only on social security retirement. I didn't let them do anything. Also, my wife (who is much younger than me) went to a different Aspen Dental to have one tooth pulled and they tricked her into a $3,000+ crown which she didn't need. Aspen Dental: Broken Arrow, OK Their website says call anytime between 6:30am - 11pm Monday-Friday, Saturdays 7am - 9pm, and Sundays 7am - 6pm ET to make an appointment. Makes it appear they are open on Sundays for emergencies but no you can call for an appt. only. No emergency services! Scheduled an appt. on Sunday for Monday afternoon. A lot of good making an appt. does. They texted their info. for us to print out their forms and have them filled out prior to the visit; 40 minutes before the actual appt. Then after arriving with everything filled out because I happen to have good computer skills and am a quick typist, had to wait over an hour before he was called back. Appt. started at 2:45pm, we left the office close to 6pm. They pulled ONE tooth, charged $248.00 They did a lot of unnecessary testing according to my husband and wanted to drum up a higher bill that totaled $3805.00 for a person who has no dental insurance. Included on the possible bill was an Oral B electric toothbrush for $135. Their bill of so called treatment plans were nothing but numbers for multiple terms of cleaning, a fluoride treatment, composite surface for 2 teeth, & cancer screening. I was told on the phone there is no charge for the office visit or xrays. Yes, they get it by billing for other charges that appear to be unnecessary. Be very cautious. Wish I had checked their poor reviews before I made an appt. with them. Live & learn! New to Oklahoma so now need to find a good Dentist. Definitely won't return to this place. Office is lovely! Well, you are definitely paying for it. They lied about my appointment. I went in to get 1 tooth pulled. They said that the exam was free, and then they could pull the tooth. They called me in and started doing a whole bunch of x rays, then sat me in a chair and said someone was coming in for a bone health consult, and to determine what kind of cleaning I would need. It had been almost an hour at this point. I told them I wasn't interested in all this other stuff, just wanted my tooth pulled. Then they tried to say I would have to pay for the exam and the xrays if I didn't go through all the other stuff. I left without anything. Absolutely do not use this place unless you have no other choice. I made an appointment to have a check-up and cleaning because they can get you in fast. I show up and overhear 3 other customers complaining about problems they're having with billing or scheduling which should have been my sign to run. The office is dirty and their equipment is rusted. I don't mean to be hateful but the person who took my x-rays had horrible hygiene for a professional who is in people's personal space all day. THE BEST part of the appointment is that THEY DON'T ACTUALLY CLEAN YOUR TEETH. No, you have to make a second appointment for that. After speaking to the dentist who told me to immediately make an appointment for a cavity that needs to be filled, I decided to find another dentist. The new dentist informed me that I do NOT have any cavities. They're in it for money and are scamming people through insurance so avoid this place at all costs. read more
