Great reminders sent via text which is helpful. Dental assistants do a very good job overall. There seems to be a high turnover, so not a lot of consistency. With a young large staff that is understandable. However, Dr Emerson works closely with the assistants overseeing their work. Dr Emerson is very professional. He wants the best outcome for your teeth and will do what it takes to make it happen. He has a great memory and always seems to be up-to-date on my progress. The office is super clean (important to me.) The staff is super super friendly. They always get me in and out...right on time. I've never sat more than 2 minutes in the waiting room.
