This taxi service is superior to any taxi service in the Los Angeles California area, fast prompt service and friendly drivers are the norm, 5 big stars for this company. read more

I'm giving this company one star because ZERO isn't an option! If there were negative stars I would give them that! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I booked a wheelchair accessible cab for dad - he had 4 appointments at City of Hope all in one day. He has an extremely rare form of lymphoma. Orchestrating this was labor intensive to say the least. I booked the cab 5 days ahead of time. I called the morning of and they had no record of it. I was told a cab was on the way. Well, it never arrived. I called and called the company - if it picked up, it was all noise or I would be immediately hung up on. This is unacceptable and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau! read more

Not professional and not reliable. Do not use this company. Made a reservation a day ahead. Promised a call 20 minutes before pickup. Never called. They do not provide credit card payment services even though when making the reservation they said they did. read more

worst cab company EVER called to make a reservation Friday for a wheelchair access to take my mom to her doctor appointment to have a procedure done for today (Monday) they said the driver will contact you at 745 to let you know he is on his way, driver never called that's when everything went downhill, got the run around whenever I called first the driver was getting off the freeway then supposedly he was 5 mins away then when I would call they stopped answering my calls til I used a different cell then they put me on 3 way call with the driver who kept telling them in Spanish "just tell them I'm 5 mins away" then I called after another 20 mins then the operator claimed he wasn't answering then he arrived an 1 hr and a half late told him to beat it either way I wasn't going to pay for a service that was that late and has excuses that didn't match up to what their operator was telling me and that I found another company he said fine be late, he made us late in the first place. If possible go find a reliable access van company because these people are the worst and full of excuses. read more
