Pretty good Hospital located in the south suburbs of Minneapolis where I have been on a number of occasions because this is the area where my friends in Minnesota live, and one of them is prone to needing hospitals. I had told her my rent is over due, I am now getting charged $35.00, for automatic payments that are setup in my banking account. I have not had any bounced checks until this past week. It is my experience they are far from professionals. My check was due on 10/27/17. I am very disappointed in the type of behavior.

Thankfully no surgery was required, however Mom still needed a hospital stay and skilled nursing home services for a few weeks. This was expensive. Shareese James who is an outstanding care coordinator at Northwest Family Clinic was able to save my parents thousands of dollars. She truly cares for her clients and advocates for them. Utilizing her expertise in the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) process and the Medicare rules she coordinated with the hospital and skilled nursing center to significantly reduce costs. It is difficult for patients and social workers to navigate through the complexity of Medicare rules and ACO steps. That is why it is so important to have a care coordinator like Shareese who understands these processes and is persistent in networking with other medical partners. My parents and I are very grateful for her support!

They will not disclose much information to you. You will think it is a sample but you will get charged big time. I contacted the Dr. office and billing department. The pros of said counselors is they follow DBT strictly. As with any reasonable review it would not be appropriate if I did not share the cons. The staff is still small. It means a chance of not being able to schedule with a preferred therapist. That said, my personal opinion is that this type of therapy works, for those who are willing to work. I have learned, and am still learning, valuable skills that aid me on my day to day work. If you're reading this review, chances are you're willing to at least start the process, and you can be assured there is no judgement of needing help to learn how to lead a life worth living.

I was scheduled to have shoulder surgery and we checked in about an hour an a half before the…read moresurgery and the receptionist was super cool and we found our she was going to San Diego, so we gave her all of our tips and tricks. The they brought me back into pre-op and my nurse Nicole was AMAZING and they put in my IV and my anesthesiologist came in and was super cool, Dr. Potter. Then I don't remember much after that, except waking up in the recovery room and they decided to keep me overnight. The night nurses were great and I had a breakfast sandwich for breakfast, which was actually pretty good. I did some PT and OT before checking out and they were both fantastic. A great experience overall, with super caring nurses and doctors.
