    If I could give zero stars I would. I am so sick and tired of there never being anyone to open the…read moredoor at the Shakopee, MN Facility, so I can visit my dad in the memory care unit. It is getting OLD!!! Have someone monitor the door so people can get in to visit their relatives. I usually haul myself all the way around front and walk all the way back through the facility. However, right as you walk in the main front doors at the business office today, there was a dead body and they were holding a service right there at the front door. There is a chapel and a reception area a few feet away. There was literally no way to enter. You rarely get a call back when you leave it. Memory care rarely answers their phone. I am. so tired of the stress related to my dad being there. He is not a kind man, but I am a kind person. I am just OVER the crap!! I don't know why this says I am in Illinois. I have never lived there.

    My dad is in the Rehabilitation Center. He is 86 and broke his hip. He came in confused and…read moredepressed about requiring help for his daily living activities. I really wondered if he would even try on day one and two. PT and OT are working hard with him and it has given him hope to recover and confidence. The aides treat him with humanity and the RNs have been available and easy for me to communicate with. Though he's excited to get home and back to his life he said he will miss the staff when he leaves and he sincerely means that. Thank you for helping us during such a difficult time.
