This year, I purchased lawn aeration services. When contacted to schedule, I provided a one-week window and was told I'd receive a follow-up call. After six days with no response, I called and was informed I was never scheduled. I explained I'd be out of town soon and had limited availability. The representative assured me she'd call back Monday--she didn't. I followed up again, requested a manager call me, and still received no response. I ultimately canceled the service and requested a refund. The manager said it would be sent to accounting. This level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase down basic service or accountability. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company and will be seeking a new lawn care provider. Too bad, this company does not need customers they need a babysiter.
