The grout work they did was terribly messy with no attention to detail, they matched the color horribly, suggested we seal the tile ourselves and then they had to pay A DIFFERENT contractor to fix their work. Their managers say, "we won't be happy unless we get a 5 star review. That's how good we are." If I could give them -5, I would. Oof! It still makes me angry when I think about Force Masonry.
