Best decision and recommendation ever. They responded quickly, assessed the situation and went to work mitigating the damage. They had to remove he flooring and all of the lower cabinets in the kitchen then store them in the garage- along with other personal items in other rooms. There was absolutely zero damage. We continue to be impressed as the house is now being remodeled and put back together. All cabinets were salvaged. Facing a situation this awful was overwhelming and there was concern about whether our insurance policy would cover the claim. Jon, the owner, guided us throughout the process and kept our spirits up when weeks went into months not getting answers or a response. Finally, we learned we were getting everything covered! I give Jon 100% credit, bc there were times that I thought I wanted to just give up. He kept us hopeful and positive. His company and staff are amazing. Trust that they'll do a phenomenal job, if and when (hopefully not) something happens like this in your home. They'll go above and beyond.

I had Kristina who rushed through everything. My house is large with many windows. I can't get through my whole house in a whole day, let alone add windows, walls and ceiling fans. She said she was done in 3 hrs. There were rooms she didn't touch, walls that weren't cleaned, dusting not done, ceiling fans not cleaned. I have new wood flooring that I expressed concern for when I got the estimate and she soaked them so bad with water, it took the whole day to dry. I had to put a fan on the floor in my laundryroom to dry those floors. I contacted the agency and expressed my dissatisfaction and said I'd like to have my house redone or money back. They gave me one date and time and said she'd come to finish. That time/date wasn't acceptable to me. They said, you declined her coming back. Best we can do is return half the money since she spent time here and used their products. Very upset with this company. Definitely not worth the money. I have pictures of some of the areas she left dirty. I have 5 animals. It's going to be pretty hard to miss the hair and dirt.

They came the next day, diagnosed the problem and returned the following day with the adequate equipment to fix the blockage in the drainage system. Sam explained the problem and advised me on how to avoid future issues. He and his assistant were at all times professional and patient when answering my neverending questions. They are now my go-to company for all plumbing problems and would recommend them without hesitation. By the way, that second day they came to resolve the problem was a Friday afternoon and they stayed until the job was done. A lot of companies would've put a job like that on the books for the following week, but not this one. Thanks for your promptness and professionalism!
