Really appreciate the free vacuums that are on both sides of the car, making it really easy to clean every nook and cranny. The wash went very fast and the employee at the front of the line was very helpful and efficient. The car looks mostly in tip top shape after the wash and wax, but there's still small traces of dirt and debris on the outside. Would have loved to see all of that gone for how expensive it was, but then again, I worked at a car wash decades ago and you really can't get a car fully clean without an actual human doing it. So this place is good for what it is, just next time I'll skip the expensive wash and just do the middle of the road one for $12.

We usually get the "Ultimate" Car Wash but will also get a complete full service detail as needed for our two cars. The owner Sergio is friendly and easy to discuss my needs with, he always makes certain I get what I need. He is fortunate to have a terrific staff working for him. Most recently Jaime Martinez completed a complete detail on our car which, regrettably, we had not brought in for a good buff and wax in at least two years. The white paint on our 2013 maxima was beginning to lose its mirror finish shine and the engine bay was also in serious need of attention. We drive this car about 20k miles each year mostly in and out of Chicago and it currently has over 200K on the clock. Thanks to Jaime's efforts our car once again looks as if it just rolled off the showroom floor and as a result no one can believe the mileage this car has. We look forward to continuing to come here in the future - next up for a full detail will be our 2011 VW CC Sport which has half the mileage but still deserves just as much love. Taking a 2 hour lunch and making a 30 minute drive on a rainy day, I decided to pay for the most premium car wash experience called the "Ultimate Wash". Again, it was a rainy day, so all that was needed was the vacuum inside the car. Following the wash (with a tip) I raced back to work after the long lunch and drive back to the office. At the end of the day, I noticed the back of my car had not been touched. Hair all over the place. When I called, the owner did not even get on the phone with me, and did not offer any discount or refund. I will never go back, nor will I ever recommend.

I went there on 5/18 and put in a coupon for my car wash. It said to pull forward when the green light turned on. It never came on and the car wash did not start. I pulled forward thinking it may kick on, it didn't. I drove around and tried again, nothing. Nobody is available, nobody has been there, and every contact information that has been provided seems to be invailed. So I guess I lost my money.
