Unfortunately, it did not stop there. On May 4th, I ordered a med for shipping/delivery specifically to avoid dealing with the constant issues at the local pharmacy. The order never arrived. When I finally checked on the status, I was told the order had been CANCELLED. No reason was given, and I was NEVER notified that it had been cancelled. I spent all that time waiting on an important medical prescription without any communication whatsoever. This is not just frustrating -- it is concerning. People depend on pharmacies for essential medications. Elderly patients, children, working individuals, and people managing chronic conditions should not have to repeatedly miss work, drive back and forth multiple times, or go without necessary medication because of disorganization, staffing problems, poor communication, or inventory issues. A pharmacy is not just another retail store. Reliable access to medication matters. At this point, I no longer trust Walgreens to consistently provide dependable pharmacy service, which is incredibly disappointing considering how important these services are for patients and families.

Was welcomed right as I walked in and the staff explained several of the items and the process as it was my first time in store. The manager explained several of their unique items like being able to select a scent for the cotton dryer balls and then bringing them back to re-scent for $2. Also that they could custom make most products with specific sents they already have for some of the regulars on the spot. Others just need an advance notice to be done. Was excited to find a plethra of scents I liked in the bar soap that I could ask for later in either the foam soap that I was picking up and could custom add it in for the laundry detergent. A unique feature mentioned was that they are able to make it double strength if you wanted a very strong smell. A really cool feature was that if you find a local scent to said store, they can send the details to other Buff City locations for a small batch to be made there. Prices were good for everything being naturally made in store and we caught a 6 for $30 special which saved us $18.
