(750 Yamaha) Even though this is a Yamaha shop and that they made a commitment to do so. "Sorry about all the parts you ordered, but we are not working on it, we don't know how to. Basically take your bike and leave. I was absolutely floored. I couldn't believe it. So what if it took some extra time to fix an older bike like mine. They made a commitment, and a commitment should be honored. This was my first bike, where do you think I would have bought my second bike if they would have treated me right. As it was, yeah they might have save $100 bucks not fixing my bike at their original estimate, but they probably lost thousands on my repeat business and the purchase of my second bike, which I will be doing hopefully this summer. The owner is a real nice guy, but I can't believe he didn't see this decision was not good business. I will never go back there. P.S. A kid in his garage fixed all the things on the bike that paw paw lake sports wouldn't or didn't know how to fix. How good are their mechanics if a kid can figure it out and they couldn't. Go figure. Just my opinion.
