The transmission failed shortly after they rebuilt it. They reluctantly "repaired" it under warranty but after getting truck back it didn't shift properly. After taking to Chevy dealer they diagnosed that Freds had repaired with an incorrect part. I paid the Chevy dealer for the diagnostic work. Freds made a huge deal at that point about reimbursement of the $75. Then the transmission fails again one month out of warranty. Had the transmission re-rebuilt again by another shop @ that point and it lasted 10 plus years.
