Ad stated: *$7799.00 * Plow and Warn winch already set up for the coming season. Don't wait till your snowed in. Phone call confirmed unit was still available Drove two hours to get there, Upon arrival was told that the price was a mistake and the plow and winch should not have been included in the price, EVEN though the add was placed on January 11th. (11 weeks ago) but they would honor the ad. The tool boxes had been removed, and was told they were for demo purposes only. Decided to reviewed the ATV, and took a short test drive around the parking lot. The rear cargo area had quite a few scratches from the tool boxes, and two screws were missing on a front fender I did like the Honda and the sales kid printed out an invoice. What a joke. Invoice had a line item for "Dealer Prep" $699.00 and a line for $999.00 for the plow set up, raising the price to over $9000 before taxes. Manager Tregg gets really nice then blows up on you, then apologizes, then blows up on you. The same sled which had no issues we picked up and the sled now has automatic air suspension issues. I have all the pics and videos and Tregg managers response was it worked fine when it left here. We must have done something too it?? Really. No miles were added from when we picked up our trailer to when we backed it out of the trailer and he says it was working fine and tested before you left. I sent videos and pics. My one snowmobile only goes up to 12 mph which is so unsafe on a trail and once again, they don't worry about trying to just fix the problems the first time but instead argue with me, screams to go to another dealer, that they don't want to deal with me anymore, then apologizes and says his anger got the best of him. This is over and over. I have so many emails we are preparing for a possible lawsuit. 3 times to get these items fixed and still nothing. I have to drive 2 hours out of my way each way to go to this dealership. I tried to work with them especially this Tregg manager person, and he blames us for the problems. They won't stay 30 seconds past closing time. To top it off, they rammed their forklift into the back end of my trailer messing it up bad. They agreed to fix it, but once again I have to drive several hours out of my way to get the trailer fixed now, and also the sleds still $$$ invoices later and machine is bogging out, reverse stuck and can't get out, now suspension lights all over the screen. They charged me for a new battery, only two years old and having low voltage lights pop up as well. We do NOT recommend this place. STAY AWAY. They ask only the happy customers leaving after they BUY their toys not during or after service!
