This was significantly lower than everyone else so I made sure that was what he was saying. When I brought him out to my house, he said $800 per tree because I had taken the picture from the wrong angle. Classic bait and switch. I almost gave him the job but I'm glad I didn't. If you can't be honest with me like everyone else, you won't get my business.

The front yard was okay, but I was not aware of additional charges to trim more of the tree branches. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the outcome of the backyard, the scope and quality of the work conducted did not match what was initially quoted and discussed. In particular, [briefly "we agreed the quote included cutting of the tree in back and trimming of the bushes. This inconsistency has left me feeling dissatisfied with not trimming the bush and all the leaves still on it, the service, and the communication around the project. Additionally, it did not mention any additional charges for trimming more of the tree in the front yard. At the time of our discussion, you stated that you can do the job. The service delivered does not reflect the cost agreed upon. Thank you
