That was a week ago. Never heard back and no one showed up. Guess I will try one more time. Update... Called back and spoke to a new lady who was apologetic for the flakiness. Brandon came out for our scheduled appointment and was very friendly and had helpful info on our queen palms. We are going to wait and see how they do over the summer. He even attempted to take a small one up for us. On the phone, they said it would be $100 for the evaluation fee and ended up being charged an extra $3 for a "convenience processing fee" plus tax for a total of $111.25. Not that it is a huge amount extra, but it would have been nice if that was stated up front. Overall, I would deal with them again and see how things go.

Corky came out a day or so after our conversation to look at the trees and provide an estimate. I agreed with the proposal, so Corky arranged a date and time for the crew to come out and do the work. The trees looked better after they'd been trimmed and pruned, and all the debris was cleaned up by the crew after they were finished. Don came out a week or so later to feed the trees in the front and a pear tree in the back. Everyone I interacted with at Don's Tree Service was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable.
