Problem 2: when we tried to start it the battery was completely dead. Problem 3: I called and spent 20 minutes waiting for them to tell me I will need to return it but they are about to close. Problem 4: I told her we would bring it "right now" if someone would wait 10 minutes. Her response was "no, all my employees have plans after work". "You can drop it off but we don't open until Monday and you will be liable for it" As I told her on the phone before she hung up on me, I will not be liable for what is on their property. This is probably one of the worst customer service interactions with a company I have experienced. I wasted two hours of my time and gas there and back twice for absolutely nothing due to no fault of our own. Clearly they don't check their equipment before sending it out. Clearly a company that does not care about good quality service or return customers. I definitely will not give them my future business. There are other options.

They picked them up after, on their schedule, and did not charge for the days between racing and pick up - hopefully making for more efficiency on their end. I did not catch that I had to order hand sanitizer separately, as we completed the transaction on the phone. Heads up to request that if you would like it. :-)

    In early November, I contacted this company to repair my gas fireplace--my primary heat…read moresource--before winter. A technician came out, serviced the unit, and identified the issue: a faulty blower. He provided a quote for the replacement, which I approved immediately. That's when the problems began. Ten days later, I called for an update and was told the part hadn't even been ordered. Another ten days later, I was informed the part wasn't available, but they could try retrofitting a similar one. When I asked if there were other options, they said no--so I agreed. On the scheduled day, I took time off work, only to receive a call 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive saying they could now order the correct part directly from the manufacturer--something they had previously claimed was impossible. To proceed, I had to pay in full immediately. Fast forward three months, and I still didn't have a working fireplace. For weeks, I was repeatedly told, "It should arrive next week." Finally, after expressing my frustration, I got a call at 5:00 PM saying they had located the part, expedited shipping, and could complete the repair the next day. I took another day off work. The technician arrived--but with the wrong part. Instead of tracking down the actual component, they gave him a universal one that didn't fit. They then assured me the correct part would arrive in two days. This time, my wife took the day off work. The technician showed up an hour and a half late (after I had called and reminded them we had rearranged our schedules for this), but they finally made the repair. Other issues worth noting: I was promised a callback from a manager or owner--still waiting on that. Their phone system is a mess. Every time I was placed on hold (which was often), someone else would pick up and begin a different conversation. I would explain who I was and they would say "oh, let me put you back on park." The three coldest months of winter without my primary heat source, multiple days off work, countless phone calls, and constant misinformation (what my generation would call lies). I will never use this company again.

Solid value for our budget. The technician (Freddy) was competent, hard working, organized, and very personable.     Horrible service. Didn't check or clean the portable toilet even when they'd drive by. When my…read morehusband called to see why, they said oh the cleaner can't get to the toilet because there was stuff in the way. The cleaner could see my husband working there and never said a word and they never called to say: you need to move equipment so we can get in to clean. He made eye contact with her one time right before she drove off so I know she saw him and had the opportunity to say something. Also they never filled the hand sanitizer as promised until the woman was replaced with someone else. When I called to have them pick up the toilet, manager told me she'd send me an updated bill since we had an early pickup. She never did and I just received a bill (6 months later) stating it's due in full (still not a reduced amount) And saying they are going to send us to collections. I called and they have been less than friendly about it, claiming to have sent the bill. Told me she'd have the manager call me. Never heard from manager so called again and was told she'd talked to the manager and the manager had sent out the bill back in June. I did not receive it! Manager had NO intention of calling me back. Simply put, they do not care and have 0 customer service on top of the fact that they do NOT provide the service promises.
