So I called Flawless Finish Power Washing in Westwood and asked Sean to pass by and provide us with an estimate to soft wash those roof sections. He checked our roof and provided us with a reasonable estimate to soft wash the sections. His estimate was very detailed and he included photos showing exactly where he would provide the soft washing. Once the weather improved his team was able to pass by and they finished the job in reasonable time. They did an excellent job - our roof looks great. If this happens again next year - I will call Flawless Finish to clean our roof.

While initially pleased with our project and the results, we have had several issues in the short…read morefew months since completing our bathroom that would make me wary to recommend this company. When we met with YM regarding the job, we explained that our primary reason for redoing the bathroom was to improve the ventilation to avoid cracked paint on the ceiling and mold, especially with young children. About two weeks after the project was completed in the end of May, the company had to return as they failed to seal the bathroom window, an issue they said would improve ventilation. We had already begun to notice cracks in the paint but hoped this would remediate the issue. Unfortunately, over the next two months, the ceiling paint began to chip and crack exponentially and mold began growing on the paint. This was despite keeping the ventilation fan running almost all day and the bathroom window being kept open during and after showers. I would note that we picked the vent fan recommended to us by the owner, Jacob. When I reached out to Jacob regarding my concerns he confirmed that the ceiling was chipping and mold was growing. He came to look at it and told my husband to run the fan and keep the window open, things we were already doing. When I reached out to express my unhappiness with the lack of resolution, he told me he would come back again. That was on August 19th. He did not come that week. On August 26th he said he would be coming. I replied with my availability and he did not respond. As it is now September 11, I have to assume he is not coming and the problem keeps getting worse so I will have to reach out to other vendors to resolve my issue.

Posted on behalf of my grandmother, Marilyn:…read more Just to say that I'm happy with my kitchen wouldn't be enough! I am extremely pleased and satisfied. From the moment I entered the showroom, I was treated with the utmost care and concern. The designer, Jaye Persaud is truly most professional and designed a beautiful kitchen. She was attentive to the scheduling of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and tile installers, who all did their work to perfection. The owner, Joel Carriero, was at my home every day to ensure the work was done perfectly. I would recommend them whole-heartedly.

The owner, Richard Lanza thought everything was "great!" According to Lanza the Polyurethane will correct it. And it didn't. Brand new wood floors stripped three (3) times. After the third time the floors now have an orange cast to them as well as a haze. The entire job needs to be ripped out and reinstalled with new wood. Please see attached photos. The damages are not limited to: * repair of holes made in a closet, wall, stairway etc. from equipment * dust equipment was not used. Sawdust was in every nook and cranny throughout my home. Professional cleaners had to be hired. * due to improper installation, the planks separated in two areas. * alarm system/sensor destroyed and had to be replaced * electrical problems...blowing out fuses causing the refrigerator to malfunction. * floors now squeak ..never did before. I have contacted Mr. Lanza the owner at Oaktree with zero response. My only alternative is to take legal action.
