Instead of simply asking him to reschedule, his regular barber sent him to another barber. Unfortunately, the haircut turned out extremely uneven and poorly done. My son asked for his hair to be thinned out, but very little was actually cut, and what was cut looked choppy and uneven. What upset me even more was how the situation was handled afterward. When I called the shop calmly to explain what happened, I spoke directly with the owner, who was extremely rude and immediately blamed my son, saying the haircut was "his fault" and "not their problem." There was no professionalism, accountability, or attempt to correct the situation. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way customers are treated matters. My son left embarrassed and upset, and the response from the owner made the experience even worse. Very disappointing experience overall.

Right now we are in a pandemic and local businesses such as barbers and salons are opening. This location is following all the rules to keep their staff and also their customers safe. They're cleaning everything in between each customer and everyone is wearing masks and face shields. I was in a major need for a haircut and my barber provided me with such a great cut and a great reasonable price! I know some other barbershops are charging a lot more for a simple cut but they have kept it within a reasonable price. The location is great and close to home so I'll definitely be coming back hopefully next time we all won't be needing the masks but I do hope they continue to clean everything after every customer.

The place had a nice friendly atmosphere and was fairly clean. The barber who cut my boyfriend's hair hardly spoke any english so there was trouble communicating and making requests for what style he wanted. As a result, my boyfriend ended up with a half way haircut that looked awkward. We had to go back the next day and ask the same barber if he can fix his hair cut a little bit. They said what my boyfriend wanted would be another cut so same charge will apply but he can fix the haircut by trimming more. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this place if you dont speak/understand spanish.
