It's always intimidating going to a new shop cause you never know what you're going to get and reviews can be misleading. Overall the people there are nice and they accept walk ins. But I got the easiest cut. All I wanted was my taper to be cleaned up. Nothing else. Keep it soft edges and natural. I got to my car and the sideburn area was 1.5 cm longer on one side. Super uneven. I went in and the guy fixed it but he tried to act like that was "natural". This isn't my first time. I know what lack of attention to details and carelessness look like. He didn't even check to see if they were even. Apparently that cut would have been 30. First time was 25. But considering how little I asked cut. Very surprising. Disappointing. Won't be back.

They have about 14 barbers, whom are all probably between the ages of 21-38, and they attract a younger crowd. So, they must be doing something right. I had to wait only a few minutes and I found out you can book your appointment online. My haircut was $30 and I gave my barber a $5 tip. I think $30 is expensive, especially given how much hair I have, but the quality and neatness of the cut was excellent. I'll be back. They do have a senior citizens special, $20, and other special prices for certain demographics.

I asked him if I were to get my haircut every week and a half or two weeks if he would lower the hair cost. He said a haircut is a haircut. Meaning every time I get a haircut no matter what I will be charged the same. I grew my hair not even long 3-4 months tops. He charged me twice when he said to my face a "haircut is a haircut." If I'm a minute late, the owner is very unforgiving. But if he is 5-15 minutes late, he pretends as if nothing happens smiles all around. I don't understand this double standard. When I asked why, the clerk told me it was because the barber "had to cut more." This was absolutely ridiculous!
