When I said I was just there for a haircut, he responded that I "better be," or he'd punch me or worse. From that moment on, he hovered around me, circling and staring while I was stuck in the chair. It was intimidating, and I felt on edge the rest of the time. The staff seemed uncomfortable, but also oddly used to it, which is even more concerning. No one should feel threatened while getting a haircut. Unless this employee is removed, I won't be returning. The issue isn't just one person--it's a shop that allows this behavior.
