I showed up for my appointment and was already waiting because he started about 10 minutes late. I asked for the exact same skin fade I got before, but he ended up giving me a completely different haircut that looked nothing like a skin fade. When he finished, I told him that it wasn't what I had asked for. He immediately got defensive and started arguing with me, insisting that this was what I asked for when it absolutely wasn't. What really bothered me was his attitude. Rather than trying to fix the situation, he became aggressive and confrontational. Then he told me that if I wanted the haircut I originally asked for, I had to pay double since he already did the fade I asked for. And I would have to wait around 40 minutes because he had another client. I was charged for a skin fade, didn't receive a skin fade, and was treated with disrespect when I brought it up. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way he handled the situation was completely unprofessional. I won't be coming back.

My son asked for his hair to be thinned out, but very little was actually cut, and what was cut looked choppy and uneven. What upset me even more was how the situation was handled afterward. When I called the shop calmly to explain what happened, I spoke directly with the owner, who was extremely rude and immediately blamed my son, saying the haircut was "his fault" and "not their problem." There was no professionalism, accountability, or attempt to correct the situation. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way customers are treated matters. My son left embarrassed and upset, and the response from the owner made the experience even worse. Very disappointing experience overall.
