I came in for a routine haircut and was threatened by an employee…read more One barber was loudly ranting about superficial topics and putting people in their place, like how ugly people and nerds should know that they below whatever standards he set for himself. I chuckled at how ridiculous it sounded, to which he confronted me, walking up behind me, pointing at me in the mirror, and saying if I had something to say, I should say it to his face. When I said I was just there for a haircut, he responded that I "better be," or he'd punch me or worse. From that moment on, he hovered around me, circling and staring while I was stuck in the chair. It was intimidating, and I felt on edge the rest of the time. The staff seemed uncomfortable, but also oddly used to it, which is even more concerning. No one should feel threatened while getting a haircut. Unless this employee is removed, I won't be returning. The issue isn't just one person--it's a shop that allows this behavior. If you plan to bring a child for a haircut, be cautious of the topic they might see or hear if this barber is around.

My 16-year-old son went to his regular appointment at Del's Barber Shop and was about 10 minutes…read morelate. Instead of simply asking him to reschedule, his regular barber sent him to another barber. Unfortunately, the haircut turned out extremely uneven and poorly done. My son asked for his hair to be thinned out, but very little was actually cut, and what was cut looked choppy and uneven. What upset me even more was how the situation was handled afterward. When I called the shop calmly to explain what happened, I spoke directly with the owner, who was extremely rude and immediately blamed my son, saying the haircut was "his fault" and "not their problem." There was no professionalism, accountability, or attempt to correct the situation. Everyone makes mistakes, but the way customers are treated matters. My son left embarrassed and upset, and the response from the owner made the experience even worse. Very disappointing experience overall.

This place is mad expensive…read more The products they carry are worth every penny, however. I spoke with one of their salespeople for a half hour about new shave hardware. Not only did he know the product inside and out, he wasn't the least bit condescending about it, as seems to be the norm with high-end personal care. I'll be buying my blades here, also. Their prices aren't too far off, and I'd rather give my money to someone who has earned my business.

I asked him if I were to get my haircut every week and a half or two weeks if he would lower the hair cost. He said a haircut is a haircut. Meaning every time I get a haircut no matter what I will be charged the same. I grew my hair not even long 3-4 months tops. He charged me twice when he said to my face a "haircut is a haircut." If I'm a minute late, the owner is very unforgiving. But if he is 5-15 minutes late, he pretends as if nothing happens smiles all around. I don't understand this double standard. Won't be coming back ever to this barbershop.

He is among the top three barbers I have had in my life. That says a lot because I have been seen by roughly 75 or so. They have a little dog who is really the best kind. It does not jump on folks, it does not bite things, or bark. It comes to say hi, you pet it, and it leaves you alone. The shop also allows local vendors to advertise in the coffee shop that is adjacent to the store. Excellent cross selling opportunity. The folks decided to play some really inspirational YT series today. But seem like they mix up the media variety to accommodate different audiences. Would like to advertise my business if there if permissable. Not sure who to contact. Overall, great shop. Small tip: make sure the soap and sanitization stations are filled for some of the patrons throughout the shop.

They told me it's because they charge more when you book online. Take that how you will. Definitely didn't start cursing and you never asked me to leave. I left because I thought the policy is stupid. I cursed outside as I was leaving and heard you say "even better" in Spanish so THAT is when I said fuck you and I stand on that. The owner wants to make it seem like I was a belligerent customer when that wasn't the case. As I said, I was a walk in, clearly that means I didn't make an appointment. And again like I said, and you just confirmed, if someone makes an appointment while you're waiting, you get moved to the back of the line. You also said online appointments pay double. So I thought customers should know that. None of what I said was a lie. You just didn't like the wording.
