In fact, I just learned about this place a few weeks ago, even though it has been in this location for quite some time. Probably because it's tucked away in a quiet corner at Cobblestone Village. I had even frequented the Petco located two doors down a number of times and never even SEEN this place. Before if I was looking for some sporting goods, I would drive up to Jacksonville to visit Dick's, so I'm glad that we have something local. This store doesn't have the space to carry the vast amount of items that a Dick's type store does, however they do cram a pretty impressive selection into a small space. They offer a number of shoes, from casual to running shoes and cleats, for women, men, and kids. A lot of Nike's and Air Jordan's- at surprisingly low prices. They also offer up a decent selection of clothing items, from Nike to Under Armour, and they have a nice selection of Gators, Seminoles, and Hurricanes gear, as well as some baseball hats. The sports equipment is the main reason to visit, however- they have tons of gear for baseball, softball, tennis, MMA and boxing, weightlifting, running, yoga, volleyball, lacrosse, and more. I was skeptical I would find lacrosse balls and weightlifting gloves in this place (which was the main reason for my visit) and I found both. At great prices. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable- this store wasn't very busy when I was in, so they were able to talk and help another family and get them what they needed. This is a great store, I think it's the location that's keeping them from being incredibly busy, however that might be a good thing- I will definitely be back here anytime I need anything sporting equipment related. I dropped my son's backpacks, lunchboxes, and polos to be embroidered with the school logo on 7/16. With previous experience working in an embroidery shop, this process seemed very rushed and not personal at all. Tell them your name, pick between a block or cursive font, and color choice. Didn't ask me about placement, how big I wanted the name, etc. I was told 2-3 weeks turnaround time and that they would call me when it was done. I knew I had plenty of time before the start of school on 8/10. Yesterday was the end of the 3 week mark and I called to get an ETA on when it would be done. The man that answered the phone asked for my information and then came back to tell me it was not ready. I questioned why as this was at the end of the quoted timeframe. He then went into telling me that they embroider for 5 schools and everyone wants their order ready. What does this have to do with me? He also made a sly mark about people waiting until the last minute, which I did not given 2-3 weeks turnaround time would be ready before school. He was incredibly rude, with a smart tone and wouldn't give me any answers. He just kept repeating "we will call you when your order is ready." I asked him if I should call again tomorrow and his response was "no, do not call tomorrow" in a horrible tone. I then asked him if he could look up when I dropped it off, he placed me on hold and after 10 minutes I called back. Seems like he just wanted to get rid of me. A girl answered the phone the 2nd time and was able to tell me it wouldn't be done today, but would be the following day. This is all I was needing was an understanding of when my order would be ready, not to wait for a call!!! I get that they are stressed during a busy season, however as someone who is going off of what I was told and spend $140 I would expect a much higher level of customer service. My husband just picked up the order and the font on the backpack and lunchboxes are LAUGHABLE!!! They are so small, and not at all where I told them to place the names. You can barely see them over the graphics and I pointed to much bigger font size on the paper sheet. The backpack was marked with a piece of tape (not a white pencil) so I'm sure it was ripped off. I'm so very disappointed in this experience and the quality of my order after spending so much money. I've received better from the mall embroiderers! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Bought a 2025 Forest River Salem Cruise Lite 22veranda from Camping World North Jacksonville (new)…read more It was on the St. Augustine Camping World inventory and transferred to North Jax for the sale. We did a quick walk thru with a technician and found various issues. No appliances run for us. Upon delivery the unit was filthy and dark streaked whereas was promised to be washed. Inside also dirty. We paid to have it washed. We put out the slideouts and found electric outlets still not working, crooked barn doors, and other issues found at walk thru. We turned in THE A/C at thermostat and it did not come in. Called CWN.Jax and was told by the "service manager" he heard it run. Called Coleman/Mach the AC manufacturer and thru video link after removing bottom cover a tech said it could not have worked it was missing a harness. We called CWN.Jax and they sent a tech. He wired in a harness and the AC came on...we left and came back unit was 66° inside set at 74°. Called CWN.Jax and a tech came out, asked to borrow a screwdriver & flashlight . Said he was returning to CWN.Jax with his diagnosis. We called next day and could never get the service manager again. Asked should we get a lawyer (brand new camper) and CWNJ ax refused to talk to us after that and other repairs never fixed. Thankfully I contacted Forest River who sent a tech who determined the brand new thermostat was NOT brand new. We still have missing items and issues but are working with Forest River since Camping World N.Jax abandoned us after paying cash. Paul was ready and willing to help when we needed it and did it with a smile on his face! When it came time to checking some prices on a few pairs we found in the back, he got us prices. We finally settled on a pair of sneakers for our kiddo and they were 50% off, so that was a score. We also grabbed a few pairs of shorts which were 50% off right before we checked out. There are a lot of signs up for discounts of 40 percent or 60 percent off. Prices were pretty good. The offerings included golf balls and a practice net for chipping, though the focus is on clothing and shoes. I didn't see any clothes in big or tall sizes. A large flatscreen TV was playing a golf tournament from either NBC or the Golf Channel. If you're shopping for golf clothing there's also a Greg Norman outlet at this mall.
