When you walk in, you'll see a retail sales section where you can get shirts, hoodies, sports trophies, and other school-related gear. Through another door, you'll see their screen printing area, where you can get custom print and engraving jobs done. They also offer custom embroidery onto the clothing of your choice, and it can include your favorite school, team, or a corporate logo. I've used them several times over the years. We've done one printing job with them so far (wedding invitations). I've gotten custom engraving onto metal plates to create personalized gifts. Most often, though, I get shirts embroidered there. I'll find a few shirts that I like while we're out and about, and I just bring them in, and they embroider our work logo right on it. My last order took about 8 business days to turn around, which was a little ahead of what they'd estimated. I've been very satisfied with everything they've done for us. They provide a good service, and a very good value for that service. If you are sensitive to strong smells, I do recommend going in through the retail shop. If you walk into the print shop, just be aware that it very clearly smells like a print shop. The retail portion of the business is protected from that.

We did a quick walk thru with a technician and found various issues. No appliances run for us. Upon delivery the unit was filthy and dark streaked whereas was promised to be washed. Inside also dirty. We paid to have it washed. We put out the slideouts and found electric outlets still not working, crooked barn doors, and other issues found at walk thru. We turned in THE A/C at thermostat and it did not come in. Called CWN.Jax and was told by the "service manager" he heard it run. Called Coleman/Mach the AC manufacturer and thru video link after removing bottom cover a tech said it could not have worked it was missing a harness. We called CWN.Jax and they sent a tech. He wired in a harness and the AC came on...we left and came back unit was 66° inside set at 74°. Called CWN.Jax and a tech came out, asked to borrow a screwdriver & flashlight . Said he was returning to CWN.Jax with his diagnosis. We called next day and could never get the service manager again. Asked should we get a lawyer (brand new camper) and CWNJ ax refused to talk to us after that and other repairs never fixed. Thankfully I contacted Forest River who sent a tech who determined the brand new thermostat was NOT brand new. We still have missing items and issues but are working with Forest River since Camping World N.Jax abandoned us after paying cash. Paul was ready and willing to help when we needed it and did it with a smile on his face! When it came time to checking some prices on a few pairs we found in the back, he got us prices. We finally settled on a pair of sneakers for our kiddo and they were 50% off, so that was a score. We also grabbed a few pairs of shorts which were 50% off right before we checked out.
