Jose provided a straightforward flat-rate quote that included demolition, fabrication, countertop installation, and installation of our handmade Zellige tile backsplash. There were no surprises. Throughout the entire project, he kept us informed and was always available to answer questions. He even FaceTimed me during fabrication so I could choose the exact section of the slab for our island, which I really appreciated. These are 40 year old cabinets that NOW look brand new by refacing them. The cost was competitive and affordable especially considering the cost of new cabinets, my counters were fine for now so this was totally worth it. I'll also say I chose stain and my cabinet boxes took the stain darker so my cabinets had to be a tad darker than I anticipated but I love them just the same. We also had them repaint our front door. Good communication throughout the whole process, fast responses and everyone on the team was very professional. The price was competitive and very fair. The finished paint job and stucco repair were great. Clean lines and the new paint makes our house look cleaner and modern. Everything was done in just four days between two people. They cleaned everything up nicely too. Would recommend. Edited to add: Since the front door paint was still wet when they left, we didn't catch this during the walk through, but the front door was not able to close properly after the paint job. My husband had to redo some of the weather stripping (?) around the door so it could close. Some of the paint came off when the door was closed, even though it was dry and more than 8 hrs had passed since they left. We will need to apply some touch up paint ourselves, as well as redo one of the gutters. For some reason the front door sticks a lot now when we try to open it. The paint seems to try to stick to the inner edge of the door frame and the paint is already coming off there. Not a huge deal and I'll still keep it at 4 stars bc of the price and overall work. I just wanted to mention it bc not everything was perfect. These were the things we found out after I wrote the initial review.
