Tomorrow it will be two weeks since the systems integration happened and we cannot access our business accounts. This is after hours and hours of my accountant's and my time working for first with our assigned Eastern Bank IT person. When that didn't work I went to our local branch. The woman from Eastern there was helpful and also gave me the phone number and name of person to contact if it didn't work. It didn't work and our accountant spent 40 minutes on hold to be told she had the wrong number and they hung up on her! This is atrocious. A message to one of their C suite executives has gone unanswered. We will be moving our banking relationships elsewhere since this is not bad but unacceptable.

I went into the bank to inquire what was wrong. FIRST: I was told I have to tell them when I'm traveling; WRONG! SECOND: because I had no activity in a 6-month period my debit-credit card was de-activated and unlinked from my checking & savings accounts. !!!AYFKM!!! WRONG! I immediately withdrew all my money and CLOSED MY ACCOUNTS. Oh, mind you the expiration-date on my debit-credit card isn't due for almost 2-years from now.
