I never have to look again for a heating and plumbing company!…read more I'm a new homeowner and finding quality people to work on my home has been challenging. I found Q's on Yelp and looked at the reviews and contacted Mark (the owner). He got back to me very quickly! When my furnace had issues they came out same day and the price didn't break my budget. Chris and Mike came out and serviced my furnace, they were professional, quick and efficient. I can't recommend them enough to everyone I know. The prices are great, the wait time wasn't bad and the quality is awesome. Now I don't have to worry about my furnace going into winter. One less worry!!

He installed my boiler (improperly - he continues to insist it was done correctly but 2 heating contractors have now told me the installation was not done correctly) and 2 years later it's costing me a ridiculous amount of money to fix. No one that works for him has any idea what they are doing. I was charged $200 per hour for the technician to sit on the phone in his van with tech support for over 2 hours! For all I know I was being charged $200 per hour for that guy to talk to his girlfriend! This company has no scruples so I wouldn't put it past them! Besides, I didn't realize customers now foot the bill for on the job training! If you have money to burn use this company but money will be the only thing burning if you do - it certainly won't be your boiler!

I'm not sure why you're surprised by the review. Plain and simple I asked you to fix a problem you created that was not working. You denied responsibility and left me with a back feeding panel to my furnace which is extremely dangerous and walked off the job. I had to get another electrician out to fix your work and verify that the problem was something you created and in the meantime my house was pouring heat for three days before the other electrician could arrive. Also, I kept you aware over text and you really could care less.

He was the first to respond and I let him go ahead and replace the air handler blower and add Freon for about $2000. The original blower was a Lennox. He replaced it with an ECM variable speed blower and he gave me no warranty. He just said "call me and I'll take care of you." The system failed within 10 days and I called him repeatedly with no response. Finally, I used my wife's cell phone and he picked up. He came and jump-started the system and charged me $261 for what should have been a free follow-up. So today 5-18-26 the blower was unresponsive the first time I used it this year. It did not last even 2 years. I called him to ask about a possible warranty but got no response. I ended up calling another contractor who installed a non-variable speed blower which came with a 4-year warranty and cost less than half the price to install. This kind is a way better option but for some reason Troy did not offer me the option.
