When I pressed for more details, I was rudely reminded that there are signs "all over the wall" and that reservations are required in advance. When I asked how far in advance, I had to pull that information out of her as well--she finally stated that typically, it's a day in advance. The entire conversation was frustrating and unhelpful. Good customer service means providing clear information to ensure customers understand policies, not being dismissive, vague, and expecting them to read signage instead of offering proper guidance.

We brought him in at 13 weeks to the EveryPup Program, where he is in a clean and disinfected facility with other safe and healthy pups and he gets training every day by Dave. Almost from day 1 we started noticing huge changes, and he matured so rapidly it's like we have a different dog! He is very calm, polite and attentive, and has been able to self-regulate so well. Dave is always available for our questions and follow ups, and he sends over progress notes and photos every day from training sessions. We also would ask him about problem behavior such as counter surfing or jumping up on people to greet, and Dave would target those specific behaviors as well. We also appreciated how fast and quickly they acted on our puppy swallowing something he shouldn't have, and immediately gave him some hydrogen peroxide to get him to throw it up, which saved us from extremely expensive and likely traumatic vet visits and possible surgery. Very grateful! Every day we pick up our puppy he is so happy from a day of playing and getting love from all the staff, and is tired and ready for some cuddles and naps when he gets home. The staff here are so caring and really love each dog, I trust them to take care of our puppy. Highly recommend!

We had a 50-55 minute learning session on DOGs from their culture, through the do's & don'ts, then we brought Maximus in and slowly applied the training methods. Maximus is more calm & less "high-strung", listens better, responds to me better, seems happier than before K9 Mentor training. PLUS, his aggressiveness has seemed to diminish greatly since the training session. Mike's training is simple, straight-forward, easy to learn (& eventually master) methods. Our dog is a shelter dog, and we came to Johnny with a few challenges, including lunging and barking at other dogs and people on walks, crate training, and going to the bathroom in the house. The progress has been pretty incredible. After just one session, the lunging and barking on walks improved dramatically. Crate training has been a huge improvement as well, and we've also been able to resolve the issues with peeing and pooping in the house. Johnny is kind and patient, but also confident and extremely knowledgeable. He's great at explaining what he's doing and giving us the tools to continue the training on our own. I was ready to move out with Charlie from the house we had just bought with my mother-in-law because his barking was driving her crazy. Johnnie was patient, knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that was easy for us to understand and practice at home. The results were noticeable right away. Charlie learned to stop excessive barking, respond consistently to the "leave it" command, and the "place" command has been a game changer for helping him stay calm and settled when guests come over or when things get busy around the house especially at the door and in front of the house. Charlie is also now comfortable riding in a car with us going places, when before he was a shaky mess. Johnny also supported us through Charlie's picky eating.
