Instead they put one pup in a kennel or room by itself unattended all day because they don't want to deal with the issue. There is rust and sharp metal everywhere in and on the building, the fences and falling apart and low enough for dogs to jump over. None of the staff had any professional training whatsoever. While I was there I noticed the turf/grass the yards have are torn up and have huge holes where the dogs will eat gravel and no one does anything to fix the holes. The buildings are run down and leaking with holes in the walls and paint peeling enough that I've seen dogs eat the paint. I do not recommend this facility to anyone who cares about the wellfare of their pets and doesn't want to pay a massive vet bill.

Coat of Many Colors Mobile Dog Grooming came highly recommended after my Donelson groomers closed…read more I have a shy and fearful great pyrenees who had only ever been groomed at a brick and mortar salon. Heidi was wonderful with her. She was even thoughtful enough to turn her generator off before bringing Callie out to the van, so that it wouldn't scare her. And, she's also owned by a great pyrenees, so she loves and understands the breed! Callie got the full groom (bath, de-shed/de-mat, haircut, nail trim and ear cleaning). My husky gets a bath, de-shed, blow out and nail trim. Her prices are very reasonable and the quality of her work and customer service is top notch! I just cannot say enough positive things about Heidi and Coat of Many Colors Mobile Dog Grooming!

I checked the live footage constantly all hours of the day/night during my vacation. And my pup was very anxious(by nature) but the staff never got mad or irritated at him instead always reassured him and gave him pats and pets. I will definitely be bringing him back! A massive thank you to the staff during November 14-17th of 2025! Prices are very fair. Play yards always seemed sanitary on the live footage. They made sure to take out his blankie and toys out of his bag without having to be asked and placed them in his room! They were also very heavy on the safety of our pup and added a note explaining why they didn't add our rope into his cabin(because of possible choking on strings)

I really wanted to like the PetSmart grooming salon in Mt. Juliet, TN, but my experience was…read morefrustrating and disappointing. I paid $68 for a brush and bath, added the doodle detangling service for another $35, and then was told nail buffing wasn't included (only clipping), so I had to add a $15 buffing service. Honestly, what's the point of clipping only if you don't smooth the nails? Despite paying extra for detangling, they called me to ask if I was okay with them shaving my dog. That told me they either didn't try to detangle or were rushing to take the quickest route. When I got home, I bought a detangling tool and removed all of my pup's tangles and matting in about 20 minutes. For a total of $118, I expected a lot more effort and care than a phone call asking to shave. It felt like they simply don't care and rush everything, and I won't be bringing my dog back for grooming here. If you have a doodle or a dog with a curly coat, I'd recommend looking elsewhere for groomers who will actually do the detangling you pay for.

Dog Oasis is an unprofessional and dishonest organization. They constantly over charge add on fees…read morethat are not explained up front. Dogs come home sick and uncared for. When you call, you cannot get an answer and it often takes 4-5 messages to receive a call back, even though they say "Feel free to call and check on them." Then, they are extremely rude and argumentative. They are scamming people out of money hoping it goes unnoticed. If you look up reviews, you will see MANY complaints about this. When you question the price difference from what you were quoted, the owner (VERY MEAN LADY) will scream at you and go get her large son to come out and intimidate/threaten you - he and several others there are quite visibly HIGH on pot while working. The lady is pure evil and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this establishment. They needs to be investigated. They are dishonest and running a scam operation. They also tack on fees that show up a few days after you pay by card. Again, when you call to discuss, they don't answer or yell at you. PLEASE do NOT take your pets to this place! We thought they were wonderful at first, even after reading bad reviews. But, after a few trips we learned what others had warned about. The lady owner literally YELLED at my husband and told him not to come back and she would not change the amount to what ELI quoted us 3 times! She also said "Leave a bad review, I could care less about bad reviews." She blamed everything on ELI (front desk person) and then blamed us for caring about our dogs and questioning the huge price difference. People, I beg you to find another kennel for your fur babies. This place is NOT what is seems. I should have gone with my gut instinct when they refused to give us a tour and when the price was misquoted the first few times. They do not care about your dogs. It's just about money. Don't take my word for it or the word of those "fake" reviews or family friends. Go research and pull all the old reviews. Like she yelled at my husband, "I don't care about **** bad reviews, no one will believe them."

I try my best to brush him regularly, but he is picky about me brushing his back end, especially his tail, so I booked for a haircut and bubble bath. First, Denise and her grooming assistant were extremely accommodating about my cat's previous trauma involving a carrier and let me bring him in on his harness like I do to his vet. That was already a blessing, but then they also let me stay and be with them and my cat for the entire duration of the grooming process! Rarely is there such transparency in the grooming industry, and I was able to be there to comfort my cat throughout the groom if he got particularly stressed at any moments. Denise and her assistant handled my senior kitty with the utmost care and compassion, and gave him frequent small breaks to just give him some love. Denise communicated with me throughout the entire process and asked before doing anything, even asking me if I liked the look of the cut/shave before moving onto the bath. I was able to comfortably sit while my boy dried, and they did not rush us out at all, even putting him back in to dry when he was still damp after the first drying period while they attended to another kitty client. I am so greatly impressed with this place, these ladies, and I will most definitely be back here for routine grooming for my Beans
