Moxie has special needs (a form of epilepsy) and very little experience staying in a kennel, so I was deeply concerned not only for her health, but also for how she would handle the stress of a new environment. I checked in twice while I was away, just to make sure everything was okay. Each time, the staff reassured me with such genuine warmth and kindness. It was immediately clear how much they cared about her--they spoke about Moxie like she was their own. I was so touched to learn that they were taking her out for extra one-on-one time and giving her special attention beyond the standard routine. When I picked her up, I was honestly amazed. She was happy, playful, and--somehow--even healthier than when I dropped her off. I had prepared special meals and treats for her, and they followed everything carefully and thoughtfully. (They also offer the option to use their food, which is great for flexibility.) The facility itself is incredibly clean, and the staff are not only professional but truly compassionate animal lovers. It's clear they spent a tremendous amount of time monitoring her, caring for her needs, and making sure she was comfortable and safe. It's now been over 24 hours since I brought her home, and I genuinely feel like she is an even happier, healthier dog after her stay--which is something I never expected. I had worried I might come home to a stressed dog who refused to eat or had experienced a seizure. Instead, I found the exact opposite. I highly, highly recommend Scott's Kennels. They gave me complete peace of mind, and I now know that if I ever need to travel again, Moxie will be in the best possible hands.

One side of his backside is noticeably longer than the other. Worst of all - there are patches on his back where the groomer got too aggressive with the trimmer (you can see his skin). It's so bad and looks like a 6 year old was playing with a trimmer. I notified the business but they never responded. If you want a consistent, decent looking groom for your dog, you might want to look elsewhere.

Immediately my cousin told me that this was the best school for dogs in the area. She was right that is for sure! My husband and I started taking our puppy to Rhodes Collar immediately and worked with Michelle on dog obedience skills in both private lessons and group classes. Curtis was able to get involved in a group class entitled Good Citizen Skills. He passed the class thanks to the excellent training from Michelle and owner Glenna and there continued patience with us as new owners of Curtis. We are still taking classes with Michelle and working on more advanced skills now, we really enjoy the classes. The staff are all amazing, Linda helps Curtis with the after school program, she is incredible, Maureen is amazing and helps with so many areas of running the school, Rileigh is also amazing and helps us when we need to board Curtis though Custom Care. We feel 100% confident that our puppy is safe and treated well when we go away, we get pictures and videos of everything he does at school like report cards or when boarding at a staff's home. Staff are always available in a on text and honestly this school is so amazing that my husband and I agree we are better dog owners since going to Rhodes Collar, we plan to be long time customers and are forever grateful to them. He was kind, compassionate, careful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with about my dog's issues. He always found the right treatment and the right amount of treatment and paid special attention to my dog's condition through time. He remembered us and wasn't just treating the patient who was in his room at a given moment, but instead remembered our dog, her history, and took care of her through time. He's the best vet I've ever had the pleasure of working with and I would highly, highly recommend him to everyone.

This vet office is owned by the same bad business owner as Washington County Vet Hospital, and…read morepossibly others. They fail to deliver on every front. They rush you, blame you and are untrained in every way, including staff and vets. They belittle, are condescending and would rather cause you stress than be helpful. They do not read prior notes even when in their system and try to overdose dogs. They are using AI note taking instead of typing out on a computer, and the system doesn't record if they do pull-up notes on the computer. They are forming a monopoly in the state and it needs to be addressed. Sad to see poor management causes bad service for animals, whom they claim to care about. They have low rating on Yelp and have red flags all over the place. Do not come to one of these practices.
