Now, I'll elaborate You're going to see a trend as you continue to read through Heather's reviews...she is amazingly artistic, she is easy going, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease, she is very responsive and eager to help with timeline details (your wedding planning is likely not quite there yet but this will be a HUGE help down the road as your date nears), she has a contagiously energetic and fun personality, she is a photography ninja (I really liked that one because it perfectly describes her stealth like skills), etc.....you get the point. My husband and I were adamant on making sure we had the best of the best of these three items for our wedding day: 1) photographer 2) DJ/music and 3) food/drink. These were the most important to us because they would also be important for our guests. The DJ came up and introduced his self to me, offered me a schedule of the night's events so I knew where to be and when. This was incredibly helpful to know where to set up my gear and everything. He was a very nice gentleman and was very passionate about his work. He stayed longer than the time he had scheduled, did a great job of hyping the crowd and had an excellent selection of music. He was also very accepting of the fact that the couple showed up late and that everything was susceptible to change, he did not get frustrated or let it bother him. I'd recommend you add on their light package as well. The girls were really into them and the DJs kept the girls involved with lots of games and their favorite music. We held this party in our own catering hall, so we've seen a lot of DJs and bands. These guys are among the best. Our school parent board uses StarTrax for the kids events and I have to say these guys are better and much less expensive.

Throughout every step of the process, Mike offered helpful insights based on his experience to ensure the reception of our dreams became a reality. On the day of our wedding, they were so critical to making sure everything went smoothly. From setting up the microphone and speakers for the ceremony (in a grassy field a couple hundred feet from the venue's electric outlets!!) to making sure dinner, speeches, games, and dancing went on without a hitch. They did so much more than what you would traditionally expect from a DJ!! When it was finally time to bust a move on the dance floor, they managed everything masterfully, balancing my many requests with reading the mood of the room and negotiating guest requests. The lights they used on the dance floor created an amazing ambiance. We got tons of compliments on their excellent work, and the dance floor was packed until the very last song. In particular, one thing I appreciated was how strongly Mike prioritized our wishes first and foremost. Though we didn't have any issues with pushy or demanding guests, he made it clear that he would be an advocate for us and defend whatever we asked for. Meaning, for example, if we said we didn't want country music played, he wouldn't play it even if a drunk guest demanded it. I was able to trust in his team completely and felt so cared for by the service they provided my husband and I. We knew the entire time that they were on our side and would do whatever they could to support us.
