It's never too late, or too early. Ms. Kibbe and her staff are unfailingly gracious, gifted at and clearly enjoy teaching music. Ms. Kibbe's sincere interest and delight in teaching is refreshing. She is a gifted musician, inspiring her students with demonstrations of beautiful violin and viola music, good humor and productive instruction. Her knowledge, teaching ability, sincere kindness, patience, insight and interest in each student are only surpassed by her love of children, commitment to their development and her ability to encourage and gift the joy of music. The teachers were kind and caring, the center was clean, and our child genuinely loved coming here. It is hard to find a quality day care center, but this is definitely one of them! It is relatively affordable, especially for the high quality level of care. We loved how easy it was to communicate with his teachers and was a relief to know that he was in a fun and nurturing environment while we worked. His teachers got to know us and our child and found individual ways to connect with him, and foster growth both socially and academically. He's moving on to Kindergarten but we will definitely consider this KinderCare for our next child and for summer needs. Then I saw when he made mistakes or struggled with new music, Mrs. Renny would sigh, scoff, or speak to him in a frustrated tone. On the day i decided to quit, when my son kept missing the tempo on the new piece he started, I saw her tap him on the forehead in frustration--completely unprofessional behavior. If you do choose her, I strongly recommend staying in the room during lessons to protect your child and observe how she treats your child. We've since switched to new teachers for two quarters now. and we are much happier, with positive experiences in great teaching and support, festivals and well organized recitals.

I had parked next to this building , and had been there for 4…read morehours as I was waiting to get bloodwork done going back and forth( 8 months pregnant mind you) , many workers came in and out and didn't say anything but a very rude man yelled at me ( at hour 4) and said I wasn't allowed to be parked there. I told him I was sorry as the spot wasn't marked reserved. He points to a tiny sign stalls away and says well it says it right there. Well most of the spots say reserved, the one I was in did not. I would never ever send my child to a place that talks to people the way he did over parking in the wrong spot. Can't imagine how they teach the kids in there. 0/10

They keep excellent communication through the app so while I'm at work every day I can keep up with all the fun things my kids are doing. It's been awesome at the end of the day being able to ask my 4 year old about specific things she did or learned that day. The owners are also incredibly friendly and transparent and their attention to detail is impressive. Four years into my parenting adventure and having my children enrolled here has been one of our best decisions.

My son's teacher was fired in the middle of the school year, right before a holiday break, without giving her a chance to say goodbye to some of her students. This was a decision that none of the membership as a whole was consulted about. The executive board who made this choice never at any point consulted with the membership to ask for feedback regarding their experiences with the teacher before this decision was made based on the feedback of only a few. They also had zero plan for who would be teaching class after the break, setting kids up for failure when the preschool was supposed to be preparing them for elementary school. Parents of children who attend the school, in no way, should be responsible for determining the teachers' employment status. They have zero qualifications for making that judgment and it's a huge conflict of interest. It also speaks volumes that an entire class (and other families from other classes) unenrolled and followed the teacher to another program. Lastly, communication at this school is also lackluster at best. There were multiple instances of hostility from the exec board toward other board members, and a complete lack of professionalism with throwing people under the bus and ignoring member concerns when brought up at board meetings stating "we can't make everyone happy." The exec board also constantly expected other board members to do work that is not within their scope of responsibilities. Honestly, if you value your child having stability in their early education without unqualified SAHMs determining the fate of the school, look elsewhere.

Ms. Neelima and Ms. Jackie welcomed my daughter with open arms and helped her transition at the pace that was comfortable for her. Before I found Orchid Peaks, I was struggling to find a preschool I liked. This place provides my child with structure & routine, but still allows for free-play and independent exploration. I love the Montessori approach and I am so glad that I found this place when I did! My daughter has only been there for a couple months and I have already seen improvements with her social skills and her academics! The school is clean and has a cute outdoor area. Only one classroom, which I prefer.
