The owner has been perfecting the nitro brew for some time. It's like a Guinness beer - micro bubbles in a coffee. So good it will have you driving to the ends of Saskatoon to get more! They have unique gifts and support veterans with their sales which is great. The person at the front was so helpful and explained the coffee and even offered a stamp card for the purchase!

Which could easily be a case of the curse of knowledge, where he knows so much about coffee he forgets about what the rest of the population might enjoy. I cannot confirm. However, I've tried multiple things and none of them have been worth it. With so many places around the farmers market to get coffee I don't know why one would purchase any from here.

My egg on the house croissant was cooked very well, and I like it that they really give you a generous amount of micro greens. We also had a praline morning roll (like if a croissant and a cinnamon roll had a wild night and spawned a tasty new surprise) and toasted coconut lattes, which were flavourful and nicely made - good glassware, plenty of ice in the iced one. My only minor gripe is that standing huddled around the one menu posted is hard on my middle-aged eyesight - I couldn't get close enough to see the options and I had to take a photo and enlarge it. Still 100% going back though.

Service can be a little uneven, but friendly. I ordered the hotels pastrami and Swiss on marble rye with onion rings on the side. For $13, it was a decently deal but a little skimpy on the meat. The onion rings were thin and crispy. I regret not getting the soup since everyone who ordered it around me seemed to enjoy it. The daily soup changes, but when I visited it was bean and bacon. I finished the meal with a saskatoon berry pie. It was warmed, but the crust was soggy and under-done. I was told saskatoon berry was sweet and tart, but in the pie it tasted a lot like blueberries.
