It was my first time doing a paint and sip and I honestly had a fun time with my partner. Although I may not be the most artistic I had fun nonetheless. If you want to do something fun and relaxing for a date definitely check this out!!!

This experience has gone from good to horrible. I was very excited to come in through the door before 6:30 and get my drink and food intake. We patiently waited for people to roll in so we can start our session. With two bottles down and a White Claw, my friend and I came to this establishment ready to paint and have fun on a Friday night. It was a couples night, we're having a good time. We were socializing amongst people., We are lighting up the place with our humor and mingling with other guest while painting. During intermission, a staff member proceeded to state that we are "being too loud and if we could keep it down". However, there are people within the establishment being louder than us in a private session right next-door. There were also others enjoying themselves and mingling with other guest. I couldn't help but notice that the individuals who were not told "you are being too loud" were not dark skin, nor had texture to their hair. Last I check my money was as green as their. Never in my life have been felt to feel different or less than. This establishment should have "whites only" on their door. Obviously being something other than white is not welcomed here. Save your money and go else where.

I went here with my coworkers as part of our company Christmas party. Cookie was our amazing instructor. She is so inviting, knowledgeable, energetic, and has a terrific sense of humor, which made the evening a lot of fun for us! Definitely recommend and I hope to be back!

A fun place to sip and paint. Food is good and staff is friendly. Park on the 2nd level.

Very fun location. Attend muse paint about three times. Most recently I went for a birthday party they sat us all together and the staff was warm and friendly, you may order a bottle of wine at the bar and share with your group. I had a great time. The place is always full so it's best to order your tickets online and in advance. The instructor speaks from a stage and draws along with everyone. They speak loud enough for everyone to hear and provide clear instructions.

When my family & I arrived here on Saturday August 31, it was truly magical. To think that a small location that my wife found online would have made my children's weekend. Chloe (I believe was her name with the beautiful green hair) greeted us & made the experience. My oldest son, 14, has been hating all his projects & work, over evaluating every element. While partied with Dan, the experience left him so happy with his painting. Dan as the main artist took his time & really brought energy into the location that really created a flow & had the entire gallery interacting. My wife & I found the experience extremely therapeutic. I would highly recommended everyone to come here & enjoy some time with some loved ones, paint & a good laugh.

I'll be the first to say that I'm not the best artist, so when one of my friends suggested we do a paint night at Muse I was like ehhhhhhh. However, I'm open to new things so I was on board. Located on the second floor of Ridge Hill, the Muse's decor is typical of an art studio - paint everywhere, easels, brushes, etc. There's a large bar to the right and tables with easels scattered throughout the studio. When booking, you'll see what picture you'll be painting. The price was right - for $45 we got a 2.5 hour session which included all the paint and supplies plus an instructor who walked us through the painting. The instructor was great - she was great artist, super witty, and really added to the session. As the name suggests, they serve alcohol - as well as small plates and desserts. My friends and I shared the brownie a la mode which was good, but there are no real tables for the food so you have to put it on the table where your easel is. It makes it a little clumsy, so I'm not sure I would get food the next time. Overall, I had a great time - being with friends was great, and I got to explore my artistic side a little. I would definitely come back here again, well worth it!

"Starry Palms" painting made at Muse. A tribute to V. VanGogh. I opted for one palm--you know, just a creative direction I decided go.

Great place, I will definitely be coming back. The staff was friendly and helpful. Erica, the instructor, was wonderful, funny and made the entire process of creating a painting very easy. Our paintings came out great despite little to no experience painting. Great for a date, family or with kids. They serve food and we ordered an appetizer sampler platter that came with wings, mozz sticks and some other items. We also ordered some chips and salsa. The food was pretty weak. I also wished that they served liquor--wine and beer only. I ordered the house red, which was good. The music, fun and great staff more than make up for the weak eats and limited drink selection--but hey, your there to create not to wine and dine. A great experience! #Yonkers #YonkersRidgeHill #painting #Westchester

I had such a fun time doing a paint and sip here for my anniversary! The staff was so friendly and funny! They made it a great experience. It was a lot bigger than I expected, which was nice. There is a room you can rent out for a private group or party, which I would be interested in. They have a big selection of drinks, as well as snacks and dessert. I am no artist, so I just went for fun. The instructor was encouraging and helpful. I would definitely recommend Muse for anyone interested in doing a paint and sip. I had an awesome time!

Since paint & sip seems to be the new craze, I wanted to see what the hype was all about. I attended a private party & had a blast. Our instructor, Erica, was really patient with all of us. $45 for 2.5 hours & all the supplies necessary to complete your painting. The wine they had for purchase was pretty good. I can't remember the name of it. *slaps forehead* $7 a glass or $28(?) for a bottle. You're better off getting a bottle. I wish it was BYOB, though. There's finger foods and desserts available for purchase. I recommend not coming here hungry because although the food was tasty, it will not fill you up. I can't draw a straight line with a ruler to save my life, but after this class I thought I was freaking Picasso. Great ladies night out adventure.

Bee’s Arts and Craft Studio - Slime and crafting birthday celebration.

We attended a birthday party at Bee's Arts and Crafts Studio in Yonkers this afternoon. At this…read moreparty, there were three young "party hosts" who, it seems, had no customer service/party host training whatsoever and it ruined the experience. For the first 40 minutes of a two-hour party only one of the party-hosts painted children's hands and faces. The choices given (in January) consisted of spiders, jack-o-lanterns, ghosts, and a few other rather sad options. If you do not have someone skilled to do face painting - in my opinion - you shouldn't offer it at the party. Honestly, I'm not sure what the two other girls were doing during the 40 minutes, but they most certainly were not entertaining the children. The birthday girls' mother came over and apologized to her guests three times for the delay, saying they would begin "shortly". The painting portion of the party was fine. They were out of brown paint and were only able to offer a tan color option when a child needed brown. I helped clean up two water spills after they were sitting there ignored by the party-hosts for too long. Water cups got quite dirty and were never refreshed for the children and napkins were scarce. However, the children all had a lot of fun painting and were very happy and engaged. One of the party hosts tried to organize hot-potato and freeze dance with the children while the other party hosts cleaned up the tables from painting. The party host was not enthusiastic, fun, or engaging. The children did not enjoy this portion of the party. As parents, we were stressed that our child might knock something off a shelf or bang into another child and get hurt - the space was too small for this kind of activity, especially because it was not run very well. Now this is the part that upset me the most... My child and the birthday child spent significantly longer than the other children painting their plaster pieces. They put so much time and effort into their artwork and were extremely proud of the results. My little boy used every color available to him, knew exactly where in his room he wanted to display it, and couldn't wait to get home to show his Nana. When it was time to leave, my child's artwork was lost. I approached the three party hosts with his empty bag and asked them where they had put his finished work to dry - it was not on the cart with all the other children's work. They shrugged and said "I don't know". They couldn't care less that it was missing. I asked them to please help me look and find it - as I was walking around looking for it, I heard them snickering in the corner saying "it's gone". As I walked over to them I heard them saying "You tell her. No, you tell her." I then asked them to tell my son they lost his work, as I knew how upset he was going to be, and they literally laughed in my face and said "no way". I asked for a replacement to bring home being they were responsible for losing his artwork and I was told "the birthday party included the one he painted, not a second one". Of course, when the birthday girls' mom heard what was going on she offered to pay for another one for my little boy to bring home - that was not the point or the resolution I was looking for. In the end, my little boy's artwork was not found, I was told I "had to leave" because they had another party coming in, and I left with a new plaster piece (but no paint to paint it with, no way to seal it, and I'm not even sure if the birthday girls' mom ended up paying for it anyway). I remember being a young girl working in a bakery and in childcare at a pool club. I was taught at both jobs that the most important things were to be respectful and to ensure the customer was happy. Is that not a thing anymore? These three "party-hosts" lost my child's artwork, were rude and disrespectful to me in regard to the situation and made no attempt to rectify their mistake.

As well as tap into their creativity. The hostess were great with the children and they kept them engaged in the two activities we chose for them. The standard party package last about two hours. In that time the kids made slime, painted, did the limbo, played freeze dance. The party package comes with pizza and juice for the kids. However, you can bring in extra food for a $50 up charge. Pros of this business. We didn't have to do much prepping, the kids had an awesome time, the hostesses worked very well with the children, this place looks clean and neat. Cons it's difficult to get anyone on the phone, no one called to confirm are party, when the first guest arrived they were told the party wasn't for today ( there was a mistake in scheduling). Although they were still about to accommodate us that made this experience a bit stressful. We were unable to book more time 2 hours went by pretty quickly. I would recommend this establishment because overall it was a good experience and the children had a blast.
