He was able to tell that I carried my heavy purse/laptop bag primarily on the right side so it was throwing off my alignment. Not only did he get me adjusted, but he proceeded to talk to me about stretches and exercises that I could incorporate into my routine that would help me avoid future pain. The massages that they offer here are also the best you can get. They focus on getting you healthy and pain free. Sometimes it hurts when they work out the muscles, but you'll be grateful that you spent the time and money here. I have only been in a handful of times, but my mom has seen him frequently for years. Nothing but good things to say! Check him out!!

Biggest bonus IMO is that he doesn't push you to do some long term treatment plan like most chiropractic places I've visited. I was able to grab a same day appointment on their website. They sat me down and went over what my issues are and what I'm hoping to achieve with this visit. I then sat in a message chair with a tens unit on my lower back and it loosened all the tight muscles in my back. Then came the adjustment, it was a little painful to get some of the problem areas worked out but so well needed. When I stood up afterwards it was like I was standing up straight for the first time. I set up a follow up appointment and loved that there was no pressure to sign up for some monthly subscription like some other chiropractors.
